((Update)) (5/15/26) brelsen have been in contact stated they HAVE sent out replacement...I stand hopeful would just like to have what I paid for...as I have always stated I will be honest and tell the whole truth...I pray for good out come.. 5-14-26... I have been finally contacted by "customer service" called a lier and told I did these posts and "nothing but lies" I provided them pictures and I I had a way I would post them here!... One thing I might have done it not be clear.. I love the look of the watch I only wanted what I paid for... nothing more. I think they are offering a replacement. If that is the case... I will be totally for coming and remove the negative TRUTHFUL REVIEW!!! . the only thing that got response was these posts. Not the 10+ emails!!! Use your rights!! Everything is wrong! Shipping was a problem from the start. I did a review on that....now that the pocket watch has shown up I which was the double hunter silver pocket watch. It was filthy! Some kind of goop all over it covered in finger prints. Secondly I went to use the stem on the watch to set time and the stem is lose and sloppy and is just horrible quality. I didn't expect a diamond for 90$ but wow. Nothing was right in opening the watch for the third time to at least see if movent had and quality.. to my surprise the movement isn't bad at all ... At least at first use. Mechanically I can't say it's bad. Infact at that first use it was good. Back fell off as I opened it though.. . Surprised to see a bunch of plastic holding the mechanics in place.. stem was just wobbly. No customer service I have been in contact before it showed up and they feed you a automatic response. No one has emailed or called me back . The watch came from Jamaica New York. It's all a scam. You can get this watch at Walmart for 20$ I can not speak for anything else with honesty. But if you want no customer service no quality and no way to get you money back...then this is your company....OTHERWISE BUYERS BEWARE!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

The watch arrived in time for my Amtrac journey from western Colorado to South Bend, In.
It was a surprise arrival as I did not think it would arrive prior to my departure. Gold star for the company.

I ordered the' To My Husband ', pocket watch, for part of our 50th wedding Anniversary celebrations. He loved it. As regards to other reviewers, I had no trouble with order/delivery. The watch came well packed, in a little gift box and dust cover. It started immediately too. Have not had it long, but no problems , like other purchasers. I did not see that it came from China- so what you don't know......

I paid £40 for a pocket watch, the same one comes from Amazon for £16 , this is not the behaviour of a decent company, Very unhappy and will never recommend them to anyone.

Disgraceful company I ordered a pocket watch for my father's birthday. Two weeks later three emails sent no watch and no reply to my emails . I would not recommend this company.

Recently bought a watch for my partner, the delivery said 3 days but after 10 days I hadn’t received anything, I checked the Royal Mail site and it said delivered, but showed a picture of a random bag of parcels with no relation to my address. I have emailed brelsen and have been met with no reply so far. Please could someone assist to a direct customer service line.

My son has wanted a pocket watch for years; so long that he forgot about it, convinced he'd never have one. SO when the watch arrived on Christmas Eve, he was in tears of happiness! I'm grateful to Brelsen for making my 50 yr old son happy!

I ordered from Brelsen because the website talked about being a British company with a 3-6 working days shipping time. The order came from China & took 13 working shipping days, not ideal when it was a Christmas present. The watch itself is not terrible but it's not the colour in the pictures (pictures show & say bronze, the watch is practically silver) & I don't think it's worth what I paid considering other companies sell similar Chinese models for far less. Brelsen need to be transparent on their website regarding this.

Thankfully my partner was still delighted (although he thinks it's worth less than what I paid) with it, although it's too early to see whether it'll last.

I got this for my son because the prognosis for my illness is not very good. I want him to have something to remember me by. A timepiece with a note telling him I will always love him seemed like the right sentiment or a Christmas present. When he got it he said, “It’s cool” California cool

their description was spot on and even only having my watch and pouch for just 3 weeks they seem to be both of high quality and did not have to adjust the watch time just yet so i am looking foward to do more busisness with this company

I purchased a pocket watch for my husband for our 25th wedding anniversary after 10months it stopped working, I contacted Brelsen 3 times before I received a response telling me that the guarantee is only 6months! Had I been aware of this I wouldn’t have purchased it as I wanted it to be a reminder of our anniversary! I must say that the guarantee period should be better advertised. I certainly wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from Breslin.

The onyx black double hunter I recieved is brilliant, a masterpiece, and worth more than I paid, especially when the customer service is considered. As an international customer, I assumed having gold watch show up instead of the onyx finish would be a headache. Not so! Brelsen sent out the correct watch right away and told me to keep the one shipped in error. I've rarely been this happy with a product and service combined.

In this day and age of unscrupulous venders hawking useless items all over the internet, it is great to do business with quality companies like Brelsen whom commit themselves to integrity.

Cheap Chinese watch at triple the price. They’ll only refund your purchase 14 days from date of delivery. Mine lasted almost exactly one month and just stopped. Do not purchase. Just burn your money and save yourself the shipping wait.
