I’m not really sure why there’s a few bad reviews to be honest.
Ordered Monday 7th September mid afternoon, was reviewed and sent out 8th September and arrived this morning 9th September.
Can’t complain from start to finish, quick, reliable, and easy.
Alcohol wipes also included unlike where I’ve previously ordered from.

The time between placing the order and dispatch takes very long time .As the perception is needed quite soon there are much better options on the market without the illusion of 24 hours shipping time .l was waiting a week with this company.

Your order was placed over the Bank Holiday weekend, during which our pharmacy was closed. Your order was reviewed and approved that weekend, which you can verify by accessing your account through our website. It was then dispatched on Tuesday, 1 September 2026, when the pharmacy reopened.
It is also important to clarify that the delivery service selected and paid for was Tracked 24. This service provides 24-hour postage after clinical approval and dispatch; it does not mean that the order will be delivered within 24 hours of being placed. The delivery timeframe therefore begins once the order has been clinically approved and dispatched.
We appreciate that medication may be needed promptly, but in this instance the order was clinically approved over the Bank Holiday weekend and dispatched on the next pharmacy working day. We hope this clarifies the circumstances surrounding your order and the delivery timeframe associated with the service selected.

Disgraceful service
I placed an order at 11pm at night 1 hour later I changed my mind and requested a refund. The order was placed whilst they were closed and the refund requested before they opened. They charged me £10 admin fee as per their ‘terms and conditions’ I challenged for them to explain what the costs were as nothing had been processed, they did not explain they just took the £10 and stated terms and conditions! Will be telling people to steer clear of this company!!! DO NOT USE THEM!

When an order is submitted, the customer agrees to our terms and conditions, which clearly state that an administrative charge may be applied where an order is subsequently cancelled. This charge was therefore applied in accordance with the terms accepted when the order was placed.
We have also reviewed the circumstances of your order. Although the order was submitted outside our opening hours, our systems automatically carried out the relevant identity and account verification checks within the first minute of the order being received. These checks form part of the clinical and regulatory processes associated with submitting an order and are undertaken automatically by our identification software.
The fact that the order had not yet been clinically reviewed or dispatched does not mean that no processing had taken place. The automated verification process had already been initiated and completed before your cancellation request was received.
We appreciate that you disagree with the administration charge; however, it was applied in accordance with the terms and conditions accepted at the time the order was submitted. We have provided the relevant information regarding the processing that took place and consider the matter resolved.

Beware this company will take money…
Added an update following Farmeci attempt to blame me for the repeat order they created
Beware this company will take money from your account without permission
They repeated an order without my permission and then refused to refund the money.
Please avoid this company, there are many other online pharmacies that will not take money out of your account automatically
Follow up after their reply:
I did not completed a form, I simply looked at the price and decided to order from another online pharmacy. I didn’ t add bank details or confirm any order.
Because I looked at a price, you decided to charge me for the product around 3 days later, I immediately contacted you to say I had not placed an order and you refused to return my money.
If you didn’t save my bank details you would not have been able to create a new order on my behalf. You had no right to do so. Then you claim an admin fee for the order you created for me.
Avoid this scam company, there is cheaper and better companies offering a better service.

We would like to clarify that the order was not created without any preceding communication from you. On 31st August 2026, we received a completed follow-up form from you requesting that an order be created as soon as possible. This submission resulted in the order being created.
When you subsequently contacted us on 4th September 2026 stating that you had not intended to place an order and requested cancellation, we cancelled the order as requested.
In accordance with our terms and conditions, an administrative charge of £5.00 was deducted from the refund. The order was not dispatched following your cancellation request.
We understand that you may have changed your mind regarding the order, but our records show that the order was created following receipt of a completed follow-up form submitted from your account. We therefore do not consider the statement that money was taken without any preceding request or authorisation to accurately reflect the circumstances documented on the account.
