Disgusting customer service
Ordeed they said it was delivered to my address it wasn’t. Eventually I found it had been left at the back door of a rend neighbour nearly 8 houses from me. I had to throw away because it hadn’t been refrigerated for over 4 days. Then they refused to make the situation right. They shouldn’t use delivery company’s if they won’t get the item to the person. Disgusting customer service….

We are very sorry for the issue that has occurred. Unfortunately Royal Mail have scanned and reported the GPS location of the delivery at your exact home location rather than at any other location (per the tracking). We are therefore unable to make a claim with Royal Mail due to this as they have stated the delivery was made to the right address.
We recommend you reach out to Royal Mail to claim a fraud complaint against your local postman with any evidence you have. If they accept this we can make a claim for your order cost back.

Not the quickest service
Approval was quite slow and having paid for next day delivery I still didn’t receive the tablets until Saturday (4 days after placing the order online) not overly impressed

Ordered Monday 7th September mid afternoon, was reviewed and sent out 8th September and arrived this morning 9th September.
Can’t complain from start to finish, quick, reliable, and easy.
