I will never order from this company again. I didn't receive anything, so sent an email asking if I was going to get a refund. I was then told they had no record of it! I emailed back and still haven't had a reply.

Our records show that the circumstances were different from those described in this review.
We were actively contacting you from 19th July 2026 to request the required identification documents. Unfortunately, the email address provided to us was invalid, meaning that our communications were not successfully received.
We eventually received the required identification from you on 28th July 2026, which was 10 days after the order had been placed. Following review of the information provided, it was determined that you did not meet the eligibility requirements for the medication and the order was therefore cancelled on 28th July 2026.
We have no record of an outstanding refund enquiry that we have failed to respond to. The difficulty in communicating with you was due to the email address provided being invalid, and we made efforts to contact you while awaiting the required information.
We appreciate that this was frustrating, but we hope this clarifies the reasons why your order could not be fulfilled and why it was subsequently cancelled.
