I was somewhat disappointed with the…
I was somewhat disappointed with the service and MOT carried at the Southend branch . Firstly, I noticed on the drive home that the ride was more bumpy than usual. When I checked the tyre pressures when I arrived home I found that all the tyres had been inflated above 40 . One tyre was 45. The recommend pressure for my vehicle is 29 to 32. In addition I did not initially receive a receipt for the extra work done on the vehicle and had to return to ask for one. Also the service log for the vehicle had not been filled in.

Takes payment for tyres they never have in stock. No payment option for paying after stock is confirmed. If you telephone a branch and ask them if they have specific tyres available they will say yes they will be delivered in time the appointment booking. Therefore I believed that I could trust ordering the tyre and paid for them, only to then receive an email informing me my purchase is out of stock and this then means I have to await my refund to clear at bank. Two days I have been messed around by this company - not to mention another branch trying to tell me that my vehicle needed 16inch rims even though my current wheels are 15 inch rims.
The company will most likely respond with excuses to this review but it will not change this frustrating experience or the fact they do not offer an alternative payment method to purchase only after stock has been confirmed.

Unfortunately our website does not show live stock levels due to the huge number of tyres and centres that we have. Each order is processed individually as we do not have a central warehouse where we can stock all the tyres and stock levels fluctuate with manufacturers and suppliers on a constant basis. Tyres are advertised on our website based on the information given to us by our suppliers and manufacturers and usually we are able to get stock in time for your appointment. Unfortunately there are times when we are unable to source stock and then have to find alternatives or offer a refund as stated in our terms and conditions.

Totally useless.
I booked my car in for oil and filter changea week in advance. Was told if i could get my car to them before 8:30 i could have my car back by lunch time. The price quoted was £84.50. When i checked car in was told car would not be ready till 3:00 but they would ring me if ready earlier. I rang at 2:00 they said they were just starting on it. They called back at 2:30 to say that they had ordered the wrong oil and filter and wouldn't have the right ones for an hour,also they had miss quoated the price and it was now £117. Do not use this company they are useless.
