Order takes ages to arrive then when it does only a third of your order arrives. Call this company and they don’t answer the phone or emails.

Products arrived 5days after ordering and were all smashed up and leaking in the box, so rejected. I immediately replied to get some answers and arrange re-delivery, but still non answer to my email. I have also tried phoning and again on reply

Customer service is shocking, only received half of my order. As been weeks sending emails and trying phone calls got absolutely nothing back. 2026 and customer service like this is shocking

Avoid!!! I placed an order with these which took far longer to be delivered than stated. Given the amount I spent I was due to receive two mystery boxes, neither arrived.
Messages to them on Facebook/Instagram and three emails to customer service later and still no reply. Customer service from this place isn't even shocking it's non existent avoid at all costs!!!

Awful experience ordered some stuff 7 days ago
About 2 minutes after I did I realised the shipping was 12.00 so I messaged straight away to cancel no reply until 2 days later and they offered alternative shipping
I said that was OK but heard nothing back in 5 days constantly messaged to cancel the order
But they won't reply
Absolutely awful to deal with avoid if you can

Ordered over £50 worth of product and promised a mystery box quoted same day shipping if ordered before 2pm or next day if after 2 pm heard nothing for a week tried contacting them no reply. Found another email address via shop app had a reply saying they been inundated with orders so was a delay. Finally received order after 10 days of waiting to find the boxes ripped open and no mystery box at all so emailed again and got a snotty reply saying it will have been dispatched another will be sent out and you only get 1 thing not really a mystery box 1 thing when the advert says you get 5 items minimum so waiting for my mystery box/item to be delivered at Christmas time. If id of seen the reviews I'd of got to hydro.co for car cleaning products as they deliver on-time

Quoted 2 to 3 day's royal mail 48 still not arrived a week later won't be using again complete rubbish
Just received an email to advise items have been sent, how it takes a week to send having took your money straight away ☹️

Awful experience with EZCARCARE, should have read reviews before purchasing. My order was over £50 to get a free £50 mystery gift. No reply to cancel order after I read reviews and order wasn't even showing processed! Order finally arrived many weeks after original ETA of 2 working days but surprise, surprise no £50 mystery box! Tried to contact EZ CAR CARE to return delivery and again, no reply to emails or answering phone. Dipsputed via Paypal as that was my method of payment and Paypal found in my favour and refunded me my money!! EzCarCare were quick enough to send PayPal proof of postage when they were challenged by Paypal but can't contact/reply to customers!! Shocking, will never use again but all sorted by Paypal - which I would advise as method of payment as was refunded within the hour without dispute as I think Paypal might know all about these not so EZ CarCare Charlatans... 🤠

Shocking customer service 3 werks and still waiting for 20l of products from my 35l order don't reply to emails or messages will not use again

I placed my first order to include 5 litre of Viper wheel cleaner. When the order arrived I only received 500ml bottle. I have emailed their customer services numerous occasions, and they do not respond. I have not tried any of the products yet, but many say they are good. However, how do you deal with a business that does not give customer support. Very disappointed, I will not be purchasing any more products from this inefficient company

Long delays again from this company,they want you to buy from them but sometimes takes 2 weeks to send out.I ordered before and complained and was told it was royal mails fault for not collecting,this time it’s Amazons prime day for Royal Mail not collecting.Its become a joke now and will not buy anymore from them.
EZ CARCARE ,look after your customers as if they go elsewhere who will you sell to.

Made two orders recently, first one arrived within a few days, second one has been dispatched. Well informed via email and on the website.

Thought I would give these a try delivery was a bit slow and when the kit arrived it was missing one of the items. Three emails sent to EZ and no reply. Will not be using again and will stick to more reputable brands.

I have placed an order a week ago now. No emails regarding item being dispatched, tried to call and email multiple times - no response!

Very poor service!

Customer service no answer parcel damaged box wet bottle half full phone call customer service no answers not answering message nothing rubbish service no answer nothing

Missing items in box , tried phoning multiple occasions. Customer service not particular interested.

Ive used them a couple of times, the products are hit and miss, im happy enough to bulk buy the interior cleaner as its as good as anything else at a good price, however on my last bulk order I also purchased a bucket, the order arrived in good time but the bucket was cracked open at the bottom and made from low quality cheap plastic. The damage renders the bucket useless, i wouldnt mind so much but EZ car care have now ignored multiple emails about it so its money down the drain at this point, customer service is non existant.

My wife ordered £65 of products 6 x 5ltrs of various cleaning product and a drying towel plus the promise of a free gift ? We recieved 3 x 5 ltr of the products but nothing else. To be fair they did reply to our first email and told us that it was royal mails fault for only picking one pallet of orders up ? And that my order was spread over 3 pallets that were awaiting collection ? Anyway another week past further coms sent to which they have yet to reply to? Promise the earth and deliver nothing so be very aware before placing an order. If it sounds to good to be true it usually is !

Absolutely crap service , it took two weeks for my order to arrive and they only responded to one of my emails.I thought it was a scam. I’m still waiting for the free items they advertised for spending so much. They can shuv it where the sun doesn’t shine. Never again.
