Simply cannot get the site to work properly. 3 x 5l for 29.99 produces different results every time £130 being the latest. Did once get 29.99 but tried to double up to save postage and it went to ridiculous amount.

Product good and delivery service good all in all a good experience.

Waiting time on delivery on 2 parcels was ridiculous. 7-10 days

I cancelled my order on three different occasions, emailed the company several times. Each time with a response from them with a reference number. Reason for cancelling was I am out of the country, so cannot accept the order. The cancellation was prior to them shipping out the order. Also contacted them on social media, but no answer. SHOCKING SERVICE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.DO NOT DEAL WITH YOUR ENQUIRY. WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN. BUYERS BE VERY CAUTIOUS IN ORDERING FROM THEM. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!!

These are great products and even better they were in the sale. Fusion is particularly easy to apply but all work well.

Ordered five items, only 4 arrived. Gave up bothering to contact them as they simply don't bother replying let alone acknowledging. I'd just save your money. Absolute shysters.

Great products that give a professional finish……but delivery is very slow (been waiting 9 days for my latest order and still not been dispatched). My last order included a £9.99 plastic bucket which was not only very poor quality but was smashed when it eventually arrived. No response to emails left me disappointed as well as out of pocket.
I have spent around £300 on their products in total but unless delivery and customer service improves will be looking at alternatives next time☹️

I will not be using them again.

Order placed on the 19th July. Marked as dispatched and fulfilled on the 24th with tracking for 48hr delivery. It’s now the 31st July and Royal Mail have still not received it in to their possession. So they they must be creating postage labels without having the product ready for dispatch.
No answer to emails or on the phone just rings out.
Then to take the P..S. They keep sending emails asking how my experience was and to review the product.

When will I actually get my order? . Who knows.

Still not received by Royal Mail. Received a reply from EZ to say they have a back log waiting for Royal Mail collection due to Amazon sale.
What a BS excuse. Ordered on the 19th July. And still nothing.

Great products and I've never had a problem with delivery. However first time trying to contact customer service has shown that the other reviews are spot on. Sent two emails with no reply and tried to phone with no luck. Certainly puts you off ordering again if anything does go wrong!

I purchased from EZ car care 5 years ago and the the experience was awful shocking customer service waiting nearly 1 month for delivery and when I did manage to speak with someone they weren't bothered and blamed me stating Ts & Cs for ridiculously slow delivery. 5 years on i thought id give them another chance but nothing has changed even though i have a tracking number and its 48 hours delivery I'm still waiting after 2 weeks and getting the same customer service excuses. Avoid this company youll only end up frustrated.

Dont respond to emails and dont pick up the phone

All of the products are cheap chinese diluted nonsense. I tried to cancel my order after realising this and they ignored me. Impossible to return items as they dont respond. Complete rug pull scam company please avoid

Absolutely impossible to get through to they don’t answer phone at all tried for 3 days also tried emailing and nothing ordered 8 items and 4 arrived trying to find out what’s happening with the other 4 to be ignored worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I’ve had to go through my bank to dispute half of my order not arriving for something that could of simply of been solved appalling and should not be in business.

I will not be using EZ Car Care again! Their products are genuinely some of the better products I have used. HOWEVER, the customer service is utterly appalling, 0 effort to try and support their customers, most of the time I don’t even get a reply, their phone number doesn’t ever go through to a member of staff and the one off occasion I do get to speak to a member of staff they just say “there’s nothing we can do, it’s because we are so busy due to the ongoing sale we have on” like that means it is acceptable to ignore their customers. Got to love sitting on the phone for 20 minutes with no answer. Disgusting.

I ordered a mix of Kaka car‑cleaning products after seeing their Facebook offer. It took nearly a week to arrive, and when it did, the order was completely wrong — I received 12 bottles of something I never ordered.

I tried contacting the company over 20 times by phone, sent seven emails, and even commented on their Facebook posts. No reply at all. I’m now stuck with products I didn’t want and didn’t order. Very poor service.

I am waiting for my parcel for over 7 days. Nothing is dispatched yet just saying that they are preparing my order very dissatisfied.

Great product but severely let down by warehouse and delivery. Customer support must be under staffed to. Takes two weeks to get a reply from them. And two months to receive order. Used them many times and it’s never improved. I can’t wait that long so my business will be buying else where now.

So no notification the order will be delayed, chased issues with royal mail, trying to cancel, but ignoring the emails, clearly the are hoping customers give up, but assuming the good turn up eventually, they will be sent back, what a waste

Having purchased car care items, delivery took about ten days. When it arrived, instead of 5 ltr of Viper wheel cleaner, I received only 500ml. I have sent numerous emails, unfortunately, I have not received any reply.
Be aware, they heavily advertise, but after care service is abysmal. I will not be buying from them again. I will attempt to get reimbursement via my credit card account, but not confident.
I do like to give positive feedback, but feel that future customers need to be wary

Love the product, hate the service. Pull your pants up, and sort it. You're got a quality product that works and priced to sell. BUT no customer service, and takes for ever to be delivered. End of rant.
