Excellent Customer Service from Matthew…
Excellent Customer Service from Matthew Hall as he kept me informed at all times on how my order is progressing. The three star grading is not a reflection on Matt. Unfortunately the OCDC was not available and Matt replaced it with an older version of the material. Also, four bags from the first delivery came split. EWI replaced them and the second delivery was ok. Also, the OX Speedskim Level came damaged at one end. I contacted EWI and asked if I can send the item back for a replacement, but no reply received so far. My order number was 46483. The video clips and the technical literature on the EWI website is also very good and useful. Thank you.

Thank you for the oppotunity to have my say.
Good service from the sale team.
A little disappointed from the transport team. Order should be dispatched complete rather than split. One cannot install your products, like having the insulation but no starter trim or rasp.
I am a first time user and using your products to promote our services. There should be a check list available for customer and your stuff. Like router/cutter, jointing clips, caps etc.
Over all I would recommend your products.

Black Render used below DPC
Disappointed to leave this review as having dealt with Matt a few months ago he couldn't have been more helpful. However.....
We have had an issue with the black render used below the DPC recently and our builder has tried repeatedly to get an answer/response. We were led to believe that any splash back would be easily cleaned off - it cannot be cleaned easily and looks dirty. Also when it rains we have a white water mark on this.
I would not recommend this product at present.
But we cannot resolve our issue as no one will respond.

Staff and Store excellent service, quality of carrier not good they damaged and lost the item without letting anyone know. As soon as the store found out replacement sent immediately.

pretty poor & sloppy
pretty poor & sloppy. Sent wrong product on first order. On later email query, didn't bother answering questions & instead fired through a quote ignoring my query & failing to apply agreed discount. They never followed up; i never went back. Can only assume all their staff are millionaires.
