Great services, technical assistance

I’ve been using Ewi Store in Chessington for a long time and the service is always excellent. Recently, during a Summer House project for a client, Agnieszka and Michał provided outstanding technical advice, especially with render boards.
Very professional, great product knowledge, helpful with all technical questions, fast deliveries and smooth, hassle-free service. They genuinely enjoy helping with projects. Highly recommended!

reputable company

First time i have used this company, i did a web search for the product i wanted and there price was very competitive. I placed the order and everything happening quickly but not smoothly , however , i emailed Mariusz(my dedicated account manager ) and he jumped into action. It sounds like a third party issue but there were no excuses . He took ownership and dealt with it swiftly and more than amicably. The mark of a genuinely reputable company is how it deals with the issues that will arise from the day to day running of a business , these guys are 5 star !

Fantastic customer service

I ordered some paint wipes all was good. On delivery day could answer the door in time. A card was left for me to arrange another delivery day.
The courier was terrible.
I spoke to Amber at EWI she was brilliant, polite understanding and helpful. She gave up with the courier in the end and sent out a replacement which arrived next day.
Brilliant company/customer services. Other companies could very seldom very rarely are this good 👍

Great customer service and great product!!

I was working close to an EWI store so ordered some silicone paint to be picked up so I could save on delivery charges. When I got home later that day I did a test patch and wasn’t too happy to find that I’d been given the wrong shade. I contacted customer services who couldn’t have been more helpful and arranged to deliver the correct paint and pick up the wrong shade of paint the next morning!! Very impresssed!!

I ordered a large tub of silicone…

I ordered a large tub of silicone paint, received a small one, thankfully that got sorted out but the paint hasn’t even lasted 6 months on new render that was supposed to be specialist! I’ve ended up with patches all over my wall of flaking paint, I’ve had to paint the wall again! Not impressed!

STAY AWAY

I used the render tool on their website to pick my colours. I picked a light and a dark colour but when they arrived they were basically the same colour. They have refused to send out or replace one of the items saying that the render chart isn't the best for picking the colours and you are better going to the store. As I stay hundreds of miles away this isn't practical. Absolute joke, stay away.
In reply to your reply. The colours can vary on a monitor 😳 the colours I ordered were a golden brown and a light beige, when the colours arrived they were exactly the same and an off white colour. My plasterer has also sent you a card with the colour I want but you have said you can do nothing. Chancers.

We're sorry to hear you were unhappy with your order. We do advise on the website T&Cs when placing the order, colours displayed on a monitor can vary, and so for that reason we suggest buying a render sample sleeve or pot to get the best idea of shade. We also have colour charts available to purchase. No need to come into a store if this isn't practical for you, they are available for delivery also. Tinted products cannot be returned as they are made to order, as stated in our returns policy.

They send the goods on time!

After trying Shope EWI to save £100 I got completely messed about and wasted a week of valuable time. Placed an order on the weekend with these guys and got my delivery to Cornwall on the following Tuesday. I will only use EWI Store from now on :)

Really good service 4.5 out of 5!

Really good service ordered what items I needed with ease, all my products were spot on and all ok.

Due to a change in insulation thicknes, my pins were sadly not long enough, I used their WhatsApp messaging service and it was quick and easy to use.

I managed to return my parcel, sadly I didnt get a reply off them saying they had received my items. Again I used the messsaging service and asked and they said they have recieved it and then gave me a credit note.

I can also confirm I have recieved my money.

I would recommend using these and will again if needs be. It would have been nice to have a message receiving the items than me sourcing it but regardless overall very happy.

4.5 out of 5 if I could!

Really poor customer service it seems…

Really poor customer service it seems that after a sale has been made they disregard any issues. They did not confirm which grain size I wanted and now I'm left with about 2000 pounds of useless render. Also when requesting a return of sum 25% extra materials they point blankly refused. They even initially told me ok to return if I paid for additional materials first which I did they they said they would not take back the materials. Feel totally duped and will take to Trading Standard. Stay well clear people!
