Great coarse as all ways this is the fifth time my company has done this coarse. There is always new things to train on. Big thanks to the guys there.

Today I received an order which was heavily packed and delivered under best endeavours and diligently.

On unwrapping the 90mm EPS all boards were damaged. I took photos and promptly contacted their sales teams.

The transport manager has apparently agreed to compensate for four boards out of the 16 blaming the delivery company as a get out clause. This is disgraceful as they was heavily packaged so had been packed by EWI Pro in that manner!

They charge high prices yet delivery substandard materials that under any construction project would bee QAC and sent back failing audit.

The transport manager’s attitude as I should be grateful and accept substandard services is shameful and no doubt is not how the CEO wishes his staff to act!

For these reasons and my experience I have to review accordingly.

Just also received an email from their Sales Executive Amber who perceives that damaged goods and poor standards are acceptable and negligible under the sales of goods act. Thus meaning they accept they sell and provide poor quality and pride themselves on doing that!!

Buyers beware use other suppliers

Please note that no partial refund was offered as they state via email they do not do such. The base track is poor quality likewise the fixings.

For what it costs you would be better off speaking to likes of PPG, Weatherby or Structherm as you will get a better customer service, quality and experience!

I have it in email that the transport company was blamed for the damage, yet the products was highly wrapped with no trace of the corners missing sections. I had that as these are cut they are acceptable however pointed out that not all 16 boards was being cut as whole sections with only one aperture!

All I had was excuses and the moral high ground of its acceptable, those taking no blame or responsibility.

In the end they offered to replace these next week, but I works being carried out and wanted this completed prior to the rain to slab…..if they delivered, right first time quality goods then I wouldn’t be reviewing negatively!

To state that customers are accepting and installing damaged products is alarming especially under PAS2035:2023 standards. This is screen shot and sent to Trustmark and funders for those to be aware of bad behaviours in industry!

I will never spend money her or advice anyone else too.

Whoever was driving one of your pickups near Aylesford at 3:45pm on 10th August 2025 needs to be sacked.

Blocked us from entering the lane on the motorway, sped up again to block us, with my 2 kids in the car and a “baby on board” badge. Then proceeded to stick his fingers up behind us when we got in, only to then change lanes and speed off.

Fortunate for you that my kids were in the car.

Great experience in doing the EWi Pro training I learnt a lot and how to work with the compliance , Paul has got 40years knowledge in EWi Pro and in rendering his a great coarse tutor .It’s a great coarse and interesting I would recommend who wants to do this training and book with EWi Pro with Paul.

Great course. Came along to learn about external rendering products and processes. I now have an in depth knowledge of the EWI process and what products to use for my external rendering job. Paul the course leader has 37 years experience on the tools and is passionate about ensuring you leave the course knowing which product to use and how to apply it.

Paul harris @ EWI Pro is a brilliant tutor. Enjoyed the day and learnt a lot. Also got treated to greggs.. highly recommend!!
