The lads were very knowledgeable of the job they were doing. Explained everything what was going to be done that day. They did a great job. Tidyed-up everything not any mess left at all, filled and painted all the holes they had drilled. A credit to the company. Would highly recommend.

Ross and his colleague were polite, friendly, and professional. They did an excellent job of fitting the Evoboard, insulation and loft ladder. They explained clearly and showed me what they had done. They put dust sheets down and tidied up and cleaned up afterwards leaving the house cleaner than it was before they came!

They didn't work around me I had to work around them, told me dates when work would be done but never was and didn't inform me that it wasn't happening wasting my time. Turned my gas off for days and didn't turn it back on because I worked until 5 and they left at 3 and if I turned on myself I could go to jail as I was told.

Callum was very friendly, courteous and knowledgable. Explained everything well, answering any questions I had. Top service!

Rhys came out to our property for an assessment for cavity wall insulation V's External Wall Insulation. He answered all of our questions and took all the necessary photos, measurement etc...to inform the quote. Very helpful and experienced.

Once again Evolve Home energy have done an amazing job, there workers were brilliant, hard working, polite . Unintrusive, answered any questions. Standard of work was high and left things very neat and tidy . Guilhevbe Arede and Paulo Almeida deserve. To be told they are doing a good job and work very hard .

Bailey was great from the get-go. He greeted me with a smile, and was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the survey.

I spoke with Sian Shepherd who was both confident and knowledgeable and did exactly as she promised.

A very simplistic process from first call to loft insulation fitting. All staff were very polite and helpful, the guys that came today were excellent. Arriving on time, professional and left everything clean and tidy.
Already looking now at solar options.

Kai, the chap who did our window vents etc was excellent at explaining what he was doing and efficient at doing it .

I am not commenting on the business. Itself just that I think it's pretty disgusting that they have workers show no care or consideration for disabled people. parking in a disabled Bay quite clearly mark. I don't think this is a good advertisement for the business.

The politeness and honesty with my home assessment is a breath of fresh air. Sean explained to me exactly what was required, exactly what was available and what options existed outside of that.

They installed cavity wall insulation for me. Arrived before 8 AM before I was ready, with no prior warning. So I'm trying to get ready for work while also sorting access for them and answer their questions. Needed access to a shed which runs the length of my property which I hadn't been asked to clear ahead of time and which is full of stuff. Fine. I can deal with all that. Then, after they completed the works, I find brick dust has entered my house through every open window (the windows are open because it's warm weather currently). Maybe I'm stupid, but I don't know what is involved in these installations and didn't know that I should close my windows/doors and was not asked to do so. So there's dust and insulation beads throughout my shed and house. Additionally and worst of all, a professional video monitor which was in storage in my shed due to infrequent use, was damaged by the work team. Buttons were knocked off and I have looked for them but have not been able to find them - maybe they were hoovered up during the job? Who knows. But they're irreplaceable and gone forever. Probably one of a handful of intact units of its kind in the country and now it's damaged/incomplete because they couldn't be bothered to ask me to move it out of their way (I didn't even realise it WAS in their way). They were scheduled to do my loft insulation the following week but that's not happening now - no way they're coming back in my house. Avoid.

Complaints manager called and asked me to rehash the whole thing for a third time on the phone - did so and said I wasn't interested in restitutions (mainly because I'm still furious) and he just said "OK" and hung up. Appalling.

I was today by Bailey and George - they were polite, respectful and really helpful with their advice! I would definitely recommend these guys! Thank you again!
