Bailey the assessor messaged me beforehand to make sure I was still available, he arrived on time and was polite throughout. He investigated my wall cavities and advised on increasing the energy efficiency rating of my house. He didn’t try to force any sales and also steered me away from not worthwhile improvements based on what he saw.

Excellent Bailey was efficient and professional and very knowledgeable.

Today, our home was visited by a surveyor Bailey for an inspection of the roof and cavity wall insulation. He notified us in advance, was polite, attentive, and knowledgeable. I have tried to contact Evolve via email, then left a bad review here, and then on email agian. They resoponded to my post on here saying that they would contact me. I have yet to receive a reply.

Do not get anywhere close to them. You will be left in the cold, quite literally!

In your last reply, you stated that you will be contacting me. Someone has since reached out to me attempting to get this sorted. But because it has taken so long, I will need to have a survey done again. What a waste of resources and everyone's time.
