Happy Customer
It was very easy to order. We had previously bought the product at an English Heritage site we visited, so we were happy to order.. The delivery person, when it arrived, was very nice, friendly and polite offering help me lift the boxes (x2) into the house.
All in all from order to delivery a good, positive experience.

Christmas cards never arrived, don't bother
Bought some Christmas cards, payment taken immediately, but over a week now and still no sign. I have contacted English Heritage but only received an automated reply. I will get my money back through my credit card eventually but abysmal service, don't bother.

Poor communication
At payment I tried to input my membership number it kept saying invalid number. I emailed the shop asking why it kept saying invalid number but as yet no reply.
