Yet again the goods were of great quality, the replica helmet is true to the original, came well protected in the packaging, which was probably a good thing as the box exterior was damaged and I feared the worst, it was saved due to the care taken to wrap it it in bubble wrap properly, it was also well oiled and in fantastic condition.

The Trilithon stone silver earrings are beautiful, my wife will love them :)

The online shop has an excellent range of products. I was looking for food/drink gifts for Christmas. The site was easy to navigate and there was a good choice

I'm very pleased with the products and will be gifting them this Christmas but I'm extremely disappointed in the customer service.
My initial order was cancelled due to two out of nine items being out of stock. I wasn't given the opportunity to say I still wanted the rest, I just got an email to say I had been refunded as items X and y were out of stock. I queried if it was just the items or the whole order - and they had indeed cancelled the whole order and told I could reorder. Which I couldn't until the refund processed and by which time the majority was now out of stock when I could've got it had they sent the partial order. I eventually re ordered and it has arrived but for a package with 6 loose glass jars plus two packs of three mini glass jars there was absolutely no packaging. Nothing. Just a sticker on the box saying 'glass & fragile'. How they made it intact I don't know especially as not only was there no packing material but they weren't even snuggly packed they were rolling around loose. I won't be trusting them with any further orders.
