Fantastic gym!! I have been member for over a year and alot more of the classes I like have fantastic selection of classes and every one is so friendly and helpful and I absolutely love going!!

I have just started and I can’t fault the staff, they have been so helpful. The only one piece of gym equipment that I feel is missing is an abdominal machine.

Brilliant gym - perfect size, friendly staff, good for women

Very well laid out, friendly and tidy gym. Classes are well programmed and varied to suit everyone's needs.

Strength kit is good but a little lacking in variety with some more pieces needed to deliver a fully equipped facility.

Overall, very good but could be excellent with a little.more investment in equipment.

Great gym, great atmosphere, great staff.

Booking system is easy to use. Upon arrival the gym was clean and comfortable. The rules on use of equipment were clear and people were observing the wipe down requirements. No waiting for equipment to become free since there is a wide range of options. No pressure from staff. Overall a positive experience.

Friendly helpful staff, clean equipment, spacious, would have given 5/5 stars if the opening hours on the weekend were extended a little later to say 7/8pm. As I work shifts on the weekend I struggle to go after work before it closes. Apart from that great gym matching the great price.

I’ve only been a member since January but so far I’ve found the facilities & equipment to be very good, the classes sufficiently varied (for me anyway!) and staff helpful & friendly! Really nice little gym that manages to pack a lot into the space!

Facilities are excellent, very clean and staff very friendly. Only down down is classes get booked up quickly and more daytime classes then evening.

This is a good looking gym with both fixed and free weights, but it lacks any fixed weights machine to cover Ab workouts. This is the main area that most people is unhappy about is their stomach and most standard gym do have a couple of ab workout machines but sadly this one doesn't have at least one, although it needs at least two. I've overheard quite a few gym members saying this and has mentioned it myself to the staff to feedback to the manager and hopefully they'll invest in a couple of ab workout machines, which will really bring up this gym to to standard of most of the good gyms around, which provides machines which covers a full body workout.

Only just joined but everyone seems friendly and you feel welcomed by all staff as soon as you arrive for every session. It is clear that the owner and team keep the gym clean and safe which is great.

A clean and inclusive gym with lots of varied classes at all times of day. Encouraging helpful staff and a wide range of equipment for all levels of fitness.

I’m glad I joined this gym , you can always get on a particular machine , there’s no waiting . There is a nice atmosphere and the staff are always there to help.

Great equipment but not my type of gym atmosphere
