Really frustrating service
Really frustrating service. I am still waiting for over a month for an invoice that the owner said would send me. It is also the second time that my booking classes privileges have been removed for absolutely no reason! Couldn't be more irritated with the following through of this gym.

Best gym I've signed on to in a long time!
Great, affordable little gym. Plenty of on site-parking and nice and clean showers/ changing rooms. The owners clearly care for the equipment, classes and even welcome you in to the gym. Become a regular and the staff will get to know you and encourage you along on your fitness journey. Also, this gym has never felt too over-subscribed as some other gyms in the area, meaning you get to use the equipment when you need it.

Staff are absolutely amazing
Staff are absolutely amazing! All incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I was anxious about joining the gym, but the team at Energie have been so welcoming and have really made the gym feel like a home away from home.
Safe to say I'm hooked on the gym now, and I would absolutely recommend Energie Fitness to everyone looking to start the gym!

Very friendly, professional staff. Great atmosphere. Non judgemental hence the relaxed atmosphere. The equipment are great as well as the classes which I have observed but not participated as yet. The place is very clean.

The most fantastic spinning class
Have been spinning for over 8 years. On Thursday with only 2 participants Mark (instructor) stepped up and took us for what I can only describe as the best class I have ever had. The music was out of this world as was the guidance from Mark. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Sound on every level
Great equipment, different spaces, very friendly staff, lots of classes. Nothing not to like! On one specific note, unlike other gyms, I can also listen to my music (like everyone else with their headphones!) without having to compete with 2000W of megabass of Maroon 5

This is a nice gym with friendly helpful staff.
However, tbe piped music is AWFUL !!!
Please lets have more upbeat motivational sounds insread of the mundane stuff which appears to be non stop.
