I joined the beginning of September and am really happy with the facilities and classes available. I have been able to book with ease most classes I wanted to attend.
The instructors are all very helpful and approachable.
I do use the gym equipment and have been able to get on all equipment without having to wait.
Good mixture of age groups and abilities.

clean plenty of space, good facilities some advice needed for equipment use sometimes.

The facility is very welcoming, clean and tidy. Staff are always on hand for advise or assistance.

Go in train to your own level, no judgemental eyes watching your every step.

I am so glad I joined énergie fitness. Staff are very friendly, a very good selection of upto date equipment and still adding. The whole place is kept spotless and sanitised. I am a wow member and this entitles me to a few extras for example I can book a group meet 9 days in advance, I can save my routines on some equipment, if I want to do a marathon on the treadmill I can even watch Netflix lol.
But on a serious note this is an excellent gym and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.

I think overall the gym is great, staff friendly, good atmosphere, two things I feel would benefit is longer trading hours as I'm rarely able train after work. Also sit up bench and incline bench.

Unhappy about seeing members drinking directly from the bottle filling tap near the office.

Friendly clean colour coordinated facilities. All on one level. Welcoming. customer follow up with call about How's it going after first week of membership. Very impressive.

Staff are really friendly and the environment is amazing !

A fantastic fitness centre, all the staff are super friendly, helpful and encouraging without pressure. Small and personal environment, not like a huge bustling leisure centre, always space, never too many people.

Joined the gym at Sandhurst about 2 weeks ago and being a new gym all the equipment and facilities were as you would expect in first class condition.
Having been a member at my former health club for 25 years or more it seemed a shame to change but when my monthly subscription was raised considerably to £59 per month I couldn't qualify such a steep rise as I only used the gym.
Having looked around at the 3 gyms in Sandhurst I decided on the Energie fitness gym and have to say I'm very pleased I did.
The fee is less than half of what I would have been paying, the equipment being Precor is the same as I am used to, the gym is a lot larger so there is more distancing between equipment, which is a plus in these covid times and a week or so after I joined I was given a curtesy phone call at home to see how my first week had gone, if I had any problems or questions. That I found to be quit a nice touch so all in all at the moment what's not to be liked. Think at the moment I've made the right choice

Well equipped gym, at a reasonable price, with easy parking.

Fab gym, clean, staff friendly while being professional and helpful.

Not long joined up. I've found the staff helpful and courteous. Great facility with all I need for the moment. Hoping to try out some weights soon. Showers and toilets are always clean. Plenty of cleaning stations and awareness of covid. This gym is just the right size and not overwhelmed me!

Brilliant club with even better staff. Join join join you will not regret it!

Have only been going for a couple of months but fine the place and the equipment clean and in good order! Unlike some gyms I have been to there is always a member of staff around to help if you need them!

We joined the club 2 weeks ago and we have all attended classes and started work out. The warm welcome from Michael and his team has been fantastic. At anytime time one of the trainers would be on hand to help. The feel of the club is modern, warm and welcoming. The club at Sandhurst has a family feel and as a family we are so happy to be part of this.

Fantastic Gym, Amazing Staff, Great Equipment, Supercharged Classes.

Really good gym pricey starting fee however good equipment

No enough classes.
Impossible to get a booking for cycling, but always same people there.
Lack of management.
