I’ve been a member for about 2 weeks so far and I’m really happy with the whole package. The facilities are great, the staff is really friendly and helpful, the price is incredibly reasonable and I think most importantly, everyone (or at least most of the people) put all equipment back where it belongs when they finish their set. I haven’t seen anything that I would need to make a complaint about so far and I’m pretty sure it’ll stay that way.

Good range of equipment. Very busy which makes it difficult to plan my workouts sometimes. I’m told it’s just the new year rush and this will settle down.

Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. You feel comfortable as soon as you walk through the door no matter your ability. Everything is easy to access and anyone while help you if you are unsure. Really glad I found this gym.

Gym is great, but I joined only for a month (as I live overseas). The website is incredibly bad. I cancelled online, but had an email from a debt collector last month asking for some (incorrect) arrears. Sort of undermines how good the gym is if the admin around it is bad like this.

State of the art machines, great classes and helpful and knowledgeable instructors.

Nice plate loaded equiptment and the staff are friendly enough, seems a bit damp and run down and lacks range of dumbbells and cables

The best local gym by far! Friendly and encouraging atmosphere with clean and modern equipment

Lots of cardio equipment, they don’t all have cup/bottle holders which is quite annoying (mainly the bikes). They have a range of weights equipment, some quite old, weights stickers missing from a few bits and you can tell they are “well loved”. However, lots of space in the yard room and the downstairs room for making your own circuits or stretching etc. Joined here after the leisure centre gym went a bit downhill and I enjoy the extra space a lot more. Everyone seems friendly too.

Enjoying the classes! Hope there are more options, like Zumba, combat, or body balance.

This gymn was recommended to me. The staff and pt's are really helpful. There's a great choice of equip and the atmosphere is good. They also gave me a good deal on the membership. Thank u. 😀

Good vibe, clean

I was nervous about going to the gym having not beDonen to one for decades. I was worried about the showers as my school experience of showers was horrendous with no privacy at all however the changing rooms at Energie Fitness were impeccably clean and private. There were even hairdryers provided.
I was worried I was too old (at 61) but no I'm thoroughly enjoying exercising there.
I also worried about the fact I'm visually impaired and need to use a blind cane but this also has turned out to be no problem as there is plenty of space to navigate easily and if I need any assistance they are always happy to help.

Honestly, the first thought was, "what am I doing here???", and I can't say all the staff were helpful either! But,later on, I was properly shown around, and with some guidance found a place. The equipment is more than relevant and various,however always waiting due to being crowded, but that only means the gym is good. The classes also cover a big variety and there is yoga too.
And living in the Covid era... the place is very clean and tidy!

Leighton Buzzard - This time three weeks ago I was terrified about walking in in to a gym. However I was recommended a local personal trainer who works at Energie. Lucy met me to show me round, the minute she greeted me I knew I would be ok. She has taken me under her wing. In 10 days I’ve done 7 classes and one PT session so far. Lucy looks out for you each time, ensuring you are doing things correctly but in a subtle and supportive way.
The members have been so friendly, always saying hello and have made me feel very welcome.
Staff around the gym always seem to be smiling and welcoming you in the door.
It’s early days but I can honestly say it’s been the best decision so far.

They have the right equipments, however, it’s always full especially upstairs where all the weights and machines are. It is very difficult to hop around machines as lots of teens are holding on to the machines. Never managed to get on to a second machine. Too many people!

Only joined a few weeks ago and the team there have been friendly and welcoming, the facilities and equipment are very good, overall experience has been excellent.

I’ve been a member of Energie Fitness Leighton Buzzard for well over a year and I’ve seen it grow and grow. The atmosphere is so settling and comfortable which is the exact environment you want to work out in and this comes from the staff and their ethos. They have a fantastic range of equipment to use and there is always someone on shift to give you a friendly smile and any help if you need. The classes which are an offer are challenging, fun and are so welcoming to anyone who wants to give it a try. Lucy’s classes are full of energy and her expertise are fantastic that she will set you up to do well. Laurens classes are challenging and a great atmosphere to be around. Genuinely, all classes which I participate in are excellent and I come out of every class feeling so good and have a giggle along the way!
All in all the gym and the staff create energie to be a lovely place with lots of opportunities to work out and have fun. I would genuinely recommend this gym to anyone especially anyone who is worried about joining a gym because you couldn’t ask for better people to be around!

I have the best time at Energie ..the classes are fabulous and the staff are very friendly and approachable and they are very knowledgable. Most of the members are all fun and friendly and there is a great community vibe going on!! bonus is the parking .. lots of it .
