I feel more comfortable working out at this gym. It has different rooms you can work out it. The staff are very friendly and easy to approach and are readily available to help.

I joined and went twice. I was told the rules were to clean the seat and handles of the equipment after I used it. So I did this carefully. I then noticed some individuals not following this rule and leaving the equipment covered in sweat.
I phoned the same afternoon to make a complaint, where I was told that I should send an email to the manager about it. Why could they not just deal with it and move on.
I was just appalled by this so I cancelled my membership. II am still being charged and extra month even though I made only two visits.
Waste of time and money.

Very friendly atmosphere, everyone are helpful which makes it more comfortable to get on with gym especially being as an beginner.

A dream finally coming true. Who’d believe I get to go to Energie Fitness Gym - Leighton Buzzard to meet and workout with the Dance Instructor and Personal Fitness Trainer, Lucy Andrew. This is the woman who in our first Lockdown changed my life. I went from hating exercise my whole life… to loving it. Many thanks to their Manager Lee Toon for making my dream possible.

Great gym, very friendly and clean. Plenty of weights and machines.

Staff are welcoming & friendly. The gym offers great facilities. I also like that the gym is kept clean & fresh. Only downside is that their upstairs weight section is usually busy after work (5-8pm) so makes me not want to bother working with the weights, having to duck & dive between people, however this doesn't affect my overall impression of the gym & how much I enjoy the place.

Friendly staff, great variation of classes and plenty of parking!

Joined as a weekend membership to supplement my martial arts. The gym is clean and tidy, staff really friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Train early so plenty of room and machines free. Happy to see cleaning observed and materials for cleaning up after yourself are ample. Very happy. Keep up the good work 👏

A friendly staff good venue absolutely no issues

Gym is okay, nothing too special. Busy at rush hour as expected but has what you need there. Could do with some more benches if possible but limited space in free weights room already.

Definitely needs a weight platform for those that can’t control the bar and decide to smash it down on the floor causing the whole building to shake though. Get a weight platform in and would be a lot better

Very good well managed gym. Staff are ever present friendly and helpful. Very welcoming with no egos around!. Would recommend to all.

I joined energies fitness about 2 weeks ago making a switch from another gym, and it’s one of the best moves I made. I dealt with Lee and Tom mostly who are very friendly and easy to talk to. The meme era are friendly and all the staff are very friendly. Thank you to the staff of LB energies fitness for providing an amazing service. Highly recommend.

It would be great to have at least one seated calf raise machine for use

The staff is very friendly and professional. The reason for my evaluation is the basis of the equipment.
I think it would be important to replace the equipment and put it in a different order would be ideal.

What a great team at the gym. Staff very welcoming and helpful. They have created a buzz about the place and enthusiasm.
After a stressful day at work it’s nice to be greeted by a team of instructors to cheer you up with there positive vibes.

Never been into a gym in my entire life as felt it a bit daunting ,but absolutely love it ,the staff are friendly helpful and welcoming. I feel energised after going and has improved my mental health. Never felt the need to go as I generally can eat what I like and not gain weight but there's more to it than weight, its all about fitness as well and feel less tired now than before I went.
