Not Good Enough for Price
Finger print system to enter is not very good as I sometimes have to try several times for it to recognise me.
Small changing rooms, and very hot because of the sauna, last thing I want after a workout, and most of the showers are broken too

Decent
Decent gym nice size doesn’t really get busy so if you want a lowkey workout it’s the best place. In a nice area as well and the staff and people are all friendly. Also has a very nice sauna facility.

Gym is fine, changing rooms are very hot and humid.
Finger print seems like a good idea but probably a backup code system could be useful.

Great Gym
Great Gym, Great trainers (ive never employed one but they are very nice to me Sasha and Hermes). Sauna a super bonus. Easy entry system (finger print). Would love if they had more then one stairmaster - my favorite machine.

The manager of the site is very rude
The manager of the site is very rude, doesn’t know to approach customers. In the free weights area I dropped a heavy weight by accident and he told me off straight “don’t do that! You will damage the floor” that is not a way to say it. He needs to know how to approach/react to a minor situation. I was explaining something and he straight away starting calling me a liar.

Awful customer service, hidden fees
- Increase in membership fees are not included on the confirmation/pdf of your membership when signing up, you'll just see the increase on your bank statement
- Awful customer service, the worst I've ever experienced from management (Borough branch)
- Management claiming that they can send debt collectors if you don't pay the increased price, despite this not being included in the confirmation of membership

It's been 2weeks since I signed
It's been 2weeks since I signed a membership. For my first day I found a very welcoming team. I was with other gyms before coming to energie but I really like being there. It's simple, warming, friendly and helpful.
Just I think they should have more machines for glutes and growing buttocks for the women.
Apart from cardio part , the machines are more for man.
But still I like the gym

All good but stuffy changing room
All good, except for the gents locker room. The ventilation is pretty bad in there and it's quite stuffy and humid.
I hope they find a solution.
I hope the owner won't come after me for this review 😅
