On the upside: friendly and helpful staff. Relaxed atmosphere. Not crowded. Decent equipment. And it’s clean. I like it here.
On the downside: things are looking a bit tired. Some of the benches need re-uphostering. The floor has some worrying dips in a couple of places. The place could do with a paint job. The changing room is tiny (not sure they can do much about that). And the height/weight machine on the gym floor is not working properly and needs repair/replacement.

My first day started very well, and I finished very disappointed because of their staff. I returned two days later and decided to cancel my subscription that night without doing any exercise. After contact them and never get replay I decided to share a bad experience I've passed. They need to train their staff to respect clients. This is the minimum respect we expect from them.

just had my first visit first class all the way the lady that showed me around and took me through my routine was extremely helpful and she has designed a workout for me

as I say first class service may it continue

Everything is nice but when am in the cross running machine is not on the power.

I left energie fitness borough in 2018. It's now almost 2024. I am still getting spam emails and text messages despite unsubscribing multiple times. I have left reviews on here in the past about my bad experience not being able to unsubscribe, and yet, I am still on their contact list. 🙄

I enjoy the gym. But my gym, the Borough location, doesn’t always open when it says it should. I like to go in the morning before work but sometimes the gym still hasn’t opened by 6:30am. So I have to skip my workout. This has happened multiple times now.

Amazing, the people who work there are welcoming and will make you feel comfortable to use all the equipment. I would of never used the weights and racks if it weren't for Ben showing me the ropes. Recommend it to anyone who's struggled feeling comfortable in a gym.

This gym is repeatedly not open at the time it advertises. For the price this is a basic requirement it frequently fails to meet.

It says it opens at 6 and is regularly not open at that time. Showers are okay and staff are lovely but for £23.99 you'd genuinely expect things to be of a higher standard than what is currently on offer. Which is a shame.

I also rarely ever leave reviews so for me to write this means it's really started to mess with my routine. They've got to do better. Even a simple email apologising to everyone would be welcomed but silence.

Amazing friendly stuff!

This is a decent gym with decent equipment. It's spacious and the staff are friendly and approachable. The downside is the changing rooms. I can't bring myself to use the showers - they smell and just need to be replaced ASAP! Fortunately I live close by so can use my own shower at home.

My second time joining here: every member of staff is friendly, approachable and helpful.
Would highly recommend to anyone.

The staff at Borough Energie fitness are great people, a stark comparison to the other Energie fitness gym I used to go to. The staff here are helpful, welcoming, insightful and a genuine pleasure to deal with.

Best facility- the sauna !
Improve - fill up your hygiene bottles they are empty or remove them. Makes it look like you’re not paying attention to refilling.
Technology- your finger print entry is not working properly people can’t get in. Fix it please
Do now - remove the equipment that isn’t used. The running machine in the corner can go! There’s a lack of space for woman… to exercise without the gawking eyes of others.

The gym staff are super friendly and helped me out with techniques and improving my form, the gym facilities are spacious and equipment is working smoothly. As a bonus, there are free classes you can join like yoga and cardio inclusive in your base package. The bathrooms get heated up quite a bit, but understandable considering there’s a sauna! So for 25-30 pounds a month- it’s a great deal
