I ordered at the beginning of February

I ordered at the beginning of February, and today I still haven't received ANYTHING!!! I contacted the website by email, they replied that they don't know exactly when they will be able to fulfill my order, even though it was supposed to be delivered two weeks ago!!! DO NOT ORDER on this website!!! You will NOT receive anything! How is this possible??? Why do you accept orders if you are not able to fulfill them??!! Tell us here, WHEN EXACTLY, I will receive the order I have already paid for!!

Small and precious enterprise. Start is always difficult but most important it's a start and it can be a good one if you keep courage and be brave of those negatieve, small impulsive comments where I suppose no educated person only what knows to put down negative complains without no understanding how it is to start something new from nothing. I understand also that shipment takes a while as every made peace is unique not factory rubbish therefore I wait for those magnificent 4 weeks of delivery. Always been astonished of professionalism of customer service. Well done! I'm more then sure that fantastic design one day will be recognised and valued with respect!

Huge delay, poor communication

We ordered hallway furniture, the delivery was supposed to be in 5 weeks. Since our order 10 weeks passed. Customer service could not give us any useful answer. They are responding to our emails but every time they say everything is fine and extend the date od expected delivery. Communication is poor and not really transparent.

Ordered two beds.

Ordered two beds.
On the website it stated stock.

After paying I received an email which stated 8 -12 weeks.
This was not as stated on the website.
I need these beds BEFORE 12th of February 2025.

Send several mails already. Don't get any response.

The telephones does not work!
Could someone please contact me?

If it's not possible to deliver is there anything else that is in stock?

We willen ook graag verduidelijken dat de verschillende e-mails die u heeft gestuurd, telkens hebben geleid tot een vertraging in in het antwoorden van uw mail, deze is telkens opnieuw onderaan de lijst terechtgekomen als nieuwe en recente mail.

Wij stellen uw geduld zeer op prijs en doen ons best om uw bestelling zo snel mogelijk te leveren. Uiteraard houden we u op de hoogte van de voortgang.

The worst customer service ever

The worst customer service ever! Bad quality of the goods though on the website it looks really attractive. We ordered a bed with my husband in early March 2024, it arrived almost on time, totally broken. It’s end of April and we are still waiting for the replacement of the broken parts. No feedback when it’s going to arrive NOTHING! Don’t order here! PS. The reply is absolutely unreasonable! The exchange of what is broken as well as the delivery itself has terms! For the record, those are not “spare parts” that arrived broken, this is half of the bed: the head, the bottom, where one puts the mattress. The bed cannot be exploited. Please AVOID working with them if you do not want to get to the same trap..
