It is stated to give honest, helpful and constructive feedback. The problem is not with a person but in general with the company. When I placed the order on 11 June, it was clearly mentioned order needs 5 to 6 weeks. But now 6 weeks already passed and nothing was delivered! And after contacting customer service they write that everything is going as per plan which is not true! And what now until early August is expected to receive the order! What the hell!
