It's a very unique design but thought it was too small for the big price!

Effy is ALWAYS on point! Yet another exquisite piece by Effy.

I recently broke a diamond bracelet I had purchased from EFFY. I reached out to them, and I was immediately assigned a customer care agent named Conquela. From the start, she was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and efficient. She walked me through the repair and replacement process, offering several thoughtful solutions.

Ultimately, I decided to replace the bracelet with a new style that better fits my lifestyle. Thanks to Conquela’s guidance, I made a decision I’m truly happy with. The new bracelet is not only beautiful but also much more suitable for my day-to-day wear.

EFFY’s customer service exceeded my expectations, and because of this experience, I’ll continue to purchase my jewelry from EFFY.

The worst quality ever. Every time I buy something from these products, they break after a month of use. It is not a good experience. Every time I wanted to not send something like this, but I had enough of the very poor quality of the products. I will write a comment on the site about the quality of these products.

Conquela from the Concierge department was great to deal with. She replied to all my questions promptly! I am happy with her service !! A great asset to Effy !!

Effy is not only beautiful but supplies wonderful customer service. I recently purchased a sapphire ring and I am thrilled to bits with it.

I can honestly say that I the below is not what I had planned to write. My fiancee and I purchased a wedding ring and band on a cruise ship (no judgement please). Within weeks of her wearing it, diamonds fell out of the ring. After contacting customer support, we were told it was due to having it sized. Effy had us send it in, and they made a new ring sized to fit. Unfortunatly, again, within weeks, diamonds fell out of the ring. At this point, I was done with Effy and wanted a full refund. That's when Conquela stepped in. She understood my frustration and patiently listened to my rants and many texts over a period of a few weeks and gave me gave me numerous options. One of which was to look at the Promise by Effy line of jewelry. After some back and forth, I found a ring, but wanted to know how it would look above and beyond the pictures on the site. Conquela found the ring in house and then sent me pictures and videos of how the ring would look (using her hand as a model). I agreed to stay with Effy and purchased the new ring and band. So far, three weeks into my fiancee wearing the new ring we have lost no diamonds. While I cannot attest to the overall quality of the jewelry (and will fight like hell to get a full refund if this ring loses diamonds), Conquela's patience, responsiveness, and professionalism made all the difference in the world. I am hopeful that the new ring will last a very long time and will bring us no issues.

My jewelry arrived exactly when she said it should. My ruby ring is every bit as beautiful as I expected it to be and I can’t wait to wear it and show it off.

Buyer BEWARE!!! Bought a necklace (and with 2 witnesses) was guaranteed it was 14K white gold. Came home to have clasp made stronger and turns out it's STERLING SILVER!!! SO I paid way over price. Found out from another friend it happened to them also. Bought on one of the islands and not planning to return anytime soon. Spoke with NY customer service. THEY COULDN'T CARE LESS!! They said so return it at MY expense!!!

From the moment of creation, for my special project, to picking a fantastic amethyst stone, she worked tirelessly between me and production. I love the exquisite designs of all their jewelry. And I appreciated their customer service that contacted me to ensure I got a piece I wanted once it was back in stock.

We loved the look of the D’Oro “Us” ring. It was ordered in the size needed and Effy informed us it would be delayed due to sizing but it still came on time. It is more beautiful in person than on the pictures in the ad and on the website. The diamonds have wonderful sparkle and are as clear and colorless as we could have hoped for. Not our first Effy purchase and definitely not our last.

The pendant I received was stunning, but the free bracelet came in 3 pieces. I understand the premise but it was aggravating to receive a product in such bad shape. I have many Effy pieces and rarely have had any sort of problem with any of them, it was embarrassing to your brand and I hope in the future you are more aware of what is sent out.
