Excellent!

Michael was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I’m an older lady and he was very patient without being at all patronising. He solved my problem swiftly and efficiently. Good job done.

My happy experience

My call was answered quickly. My call was handled by Shirelle, who went through options available to me for updating my tariffs, patiently answering any questions I had. After I made my decision, Shirelle also told me of the cooling off period should I have a change of heart. I feel confident I have made the right decision. Thank you.
