The parcel was 2 & a half weeks later than the final delivery date even after I had been notified it was out for delivery 2 & a half weeks ago, I also have another package which should of arrive no later than 13 th April & I have still not received it & today is the 22nd April, disappointed !!! I'm a disabled customer, which is the reason why i have a lot of home deliveries made! On the day the delivery driver delivered my parcel he was very rude with his attitude.
He entered my drive, Honking his horn, Parked half way up my drive, still honking his horn, I presume to get my attention!!! I can only walk as far as my gate, so i made my way there and he was shouting Hola Hola from his van with his window down. Now I'm not the greatest with the Spanish language so i shout back Hola, to which he heard and proceeded to roll his van down my drive waving my parcel at me through the window, I tried to tell him i cannot walk to where he was on my drive, but he shouted back at from from his van 'SPEAK SPANISH'!!!! I told him in Spanish Los Siento no hablo espanol, Then I had to open my gate so he could see my walking aid before he got out his van and handed me the parcel.

Even though in the beginning we were not able to communicate to make the delivery successful I am happily appreciative that they did all their effort to make the delivery successful.
Great service very quick always on time thanks ecoscooting!and on weekends is a bonus thank you!
I am home and just received an email that they tried to deliver and that I requested a change. They never contacted me, neither tried to deliver, LIED in the system and now I have the feeling that I will never see this package.

This is first time we have used this delivery service. The lady threw the package into our yard, over the gate. It only caught my attention, when I heard the noise the package made when hitting the ground! Compared to CTT, and GLS, who deliver properly each time, this service is awful. I will not use them again.

Courier dropped the package at the wrong address and marked it as delivered. Company admits it's their fault and has sent me email with just a raw text that I'm supposed to use as a proof of non delivery, to apply for a refund on AliExpress. Needless to say AliExpress doesn't accept that and counters it with a tracking that shows that the package is delivered. No refund, no responsibility from ecoscooting.

Both myself and other people in my house have experienced extremely bad service with this company. Either they arrive extremely late or decide at eight/nine in the morning that we weren't there to accept it despite us being available. They have done this trick more than 5 times already and when we phone the center all they do it change the date the parcel will be delivered instead of actually dealing with complaints about their lazy workers. I'm extremely frustrated that some well known companies have contracted this company because their workers are terrible.

I have had a truly terrible experience with Ecoscooting. Despite being home and having a smart doorbell that records all activity, their driver falsely claimed multiple times that I was not at home or that my address was incorrect. I have received many packages at this same address before from this company without issue, yet this time, no one even attempted to ring my doorbell or call my phone number, which was provided on the package.
When I contacted customer support, I was met with scripted responses and no actual help. They repeatedly warned me that the parcel would be returned to the sender after two failed attempts, but they never offered a solution to prevent this, such as a collection point or inquiring to why the driver was not actually attempting delivery. Ultimately, they informed me that the parcel is being sent back to China, leaving me to handle the refund process with the seller myself.
It is incredibly frustrating that a delivery company would rather ship a package back across the world than simply have their driver make a genuine delivery attempt or a quick phone call. I have had to request a 'hoja de reclamaciones' (official complaint form) as this level of service is unacceptable. I would not recommend using this service if you have a choice.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with EcoScooter. This has been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had in a long time.
The company is completely incompetent. They lie about delivery times and product availability, and the information on their website is confusing and full of errors. Important details are either missing or simply wrong, which led to me ordering the wrong items and wasting my time.
Communication is nearly impossible. It’s incredibly difficult to reach anyone — there is no phone number to call, and their support responses (when they finally reply) are slow, unhelpful, and dismissive. I felt completely ignored and abandoned with my problem.
Because of this terrible service, I will never order from HSN again. Next time I’ll just go straight to Amazon instead. At least there I know I can actually get reliable delivery and proper customer support when something goes wrong.
Total waste of time and money. Avoid this company if you value your sanity
