I was a bit sceptical because this was unusual for prices to drop after only a few days into a new contract, it still bothers me until I see the next few bills , to see that we have made the right decision. So I would prefer to answer this two months down the line. We have had horrendous gas bills for two years and so I am being truthful about how we feel sorry , but thank you.

Rang up stating they were used by a…
Rang up stating they were used by a certain gas provider to renew contracts. Asked specifically if they were employed by that company to do contracts etc. The person on the telephone said yes. After getting off the phone I find out that was an outright lie.
If they'll lie about this they'll lie about anything.

My experience of the review was a very good one. The assistant was very patient, and explained the process very well, and although the price will be slightly higher, I think they genuinely gave me the best deal they could for the time.

I managed to have an intelligent and helpful conversation with the young man from ecosave , he didn't make me feel pressured despite the fact that I wasn't expecting him to call me on that day and i had just got back from a shopping trip to Tesco. I have renewed my contract with Yorkshire Gas and power ( which included the very long and rambling contract details, essential, I know!)
