Absolute scammers and liars
Absolute scammers and liars. I paid for a reservation that said “young driver surcharge included” and when I turned up to the car hire they made me pay extra for the young driver (I’m 24).
What’s more when I called customer arrive they did nothing even though I showed them screenshots of their OWN website clearly saying young driver surcharge included, they made me wait 15 minutes and then said to call another department another day.
Absolutely pathetic scammers.

I use easyterra really a lot
I use easyterra really a lot. However, I have noticed that the quality of service went down hill over the past 12 months. More often than ever before, I have issues where rental agencies do not deliver what they promise and easyterra as a brooker seems not to care though I understand that under EU law, easyterra has a "duty to care". Also the phone number seems to be inactive... so after sale service is poor!

Do not book a car there !!!
I ve booked a car in Darwin, Australia. I paid it on 15.th dezember 2019. I got a voucher. On 16.th dez. I did not get the car from the Europcar rental service in Darwin.
I wanted to have my money back, but easy terra DID NOT give me anything back. The employees were very unfriendly. They gave me ugly messages via e-mail.
Again: DO NOT BOOK A CAR!

Once you've paid, totally unwilling to help
In short:
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH EASYTERRA.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AUTO EUROPE.
Why:
Once you've paid they become very unhelpful and unwilling to help.
When I came to pick up a car, there was a problem and I couldn't pay the deposit.
I called to ask what to do. Instead of helping, they immediately cancelled my reservation without refund.
Later, after the problem was resolved I called again. They were totally uncooperative and they insisted I pay for a new booking. They did not want to offer any help, did not show any sympathy, or make any effort to undo the cancellation they had done.
They are also incredibly stupid: They don't realize that until now I was a returning customer. They'll miss out on any future revenue from me or others reading this.
Instead they prioritize short term gain over long time customer relationships.
