First time hiring a car and it all went smoothly.

A really straightforward and easy process to hire the car. Very reasonable pricing and staff at pick up and drop off were great.

Very simple, quick, efficient and cost effective. All in all I was very happy with every element of the service. Im sure to use again (when their prices are competitive again).

Pick up was easy and so was the drop off; the car was clean when we picked it up and helpfully the location had a carwash facility for when I dropped it back so it was easy to clean on drop off too; very straightforward hire and very helpful friendly staff

Poor service; if you want to rent a car, they are ready to help immediately. However, in the event of complaints or misunderstandings, there are absurdly long waits for a response, and no effort is made to assist you.

Easy pick up and helpful staff at the airport

Things went well, we had a great car, and the local operator was lovely.

We did end up paying 40 euro extra, which I'm not sure was totally necessary. We thought we were paying for a ferry crossing, but I think it was actually to insure the car on a ferry to an island. We arrived late at night, so were tired and could have misunderstood.

But overall it was a very smooth, friendly and a pleasant experience.

Easy booking process and good communication.

Tried to book on their website but having put my age in when I went to book I received a warning about my age being wrong. No matter what I did, changed the date slightly by a year + and - it said the same. Tried a different browser but no, the website wasn't having it, so I have gone somewhere else. I'll not be back!

Easy to use and good value. I particularly liked the inclusive excess waiver insurance.

Transfer was nearby and prompt. Service good and sense the partner was not trying to catch you out for false damage at the time of return, which has been the hallmark of the providers used ( especially Goldcar).
