Customer service agent very unhelpful, not rude , but obstructive. I was having trouble uploading a doc onto website due to file size, agent told me it was because I was trying to upload via a phone, it will only load via laptop, explained I didn’t have a laptop, were there any other options, was told no, I would have to borrow a laptop!! Asked if I could speak to anyone else, was told no, everyone busy I’d have to ring back, asked if I could speak to someone more senior, I was told they too were too busy, no option to ring back. This form incidentally was a medical form for serious illness to prove inability to fly, so already it’s a stressful situation. As it turned out, there was a non digital method, post, not ideal, but an alternative option. So, not only was the operative unhelpful, they were giving information that was factually incorrect. Can’t help but wonder if they’d have been more helpful if I was spending money as opposed to trying to make a claim!
Easyjet cancelled a flight and moved us to one from a different airport. I then changed this to an airport which was acceptable (at extra cost to us) and they would / could not allocate the seats we had originally booked and paid for - even though they were available at £28.99 - due to the fact they were "system allocated". Naturally it took them almost 30 minutes to tell me they were not going to help!!

I was put directly through and my query was answered satisfactorily. The lady was courteous and helpful

Had to cancel a trip due to a death in the family last year. Found it impossible to get any response from Easy Jet to even get a receipt for our trip insurance. "Easy" is the last thing that should be in this company's name. "Bare bones" and "expect nothing" would be more appropriate.
7hrs sat on the plane you did it you topped British airways 2 years ago with 3hrs before saying get off it’s cancelled. What annoys me more is other flights towards Greece area left around our time and by the look of it your wanted to cancel our flight which we sat on for 7hrs but still use the plane later in the day for Lanzarote which they should be cancelled not us. Getting the bags 3hrs still no sign of it!!!!! More reps with actual help and advice on ground at bags as no one knows what’s going on people nearly injured as crowds of people getting bags as all cancelled flights on one belt. Get organised you had 6hrs while we were on the plane!!!!

A bit of waiting on the line as it was Saturday morning, but once the call was picked up everything was done really fast and correctly to help.me with my reservation.

Currently stranded in Rhodes after our easyJet flight back to London Gatwick was cancelled. We completely understand that cancellations happen, especially due to adverse weather, but the complete lack of communication has been unacceptable.
It has now been over five hours since the cancellation and we still have no meaningful update. We haven't been told when our next flight will be, whether we need to stay in a hotel tonight, or if meal vouchers or any other assistance will be provided. Nothing.
Hundreds of passengers are in the same position, repeatedly trying to contact easyJet, only to be told that someone will get back to us. That isn't good enough.
By now, it's clear we're not leaving today. Please make meaningful decisions, communicate them to your passengers, and let us know what is happening as soon as possible. Keeping people stranded with no information is incredibly poor customer service.
