I am very disappointed with the handling of my case by EasyJet customer service, as my issue remains unresolved despite multiple follow-ups over several weeks. On 10.06, I contacted EasyJet and was told I would receive a response "as soon as possible."
On 15.06, I followed up again and was informed I would receive a reply within 72 hours.
On 19.06, I contacted them once more and again received the same generic response that they would reply "as soon as possible."
On 20.06, I was told I would receive a response within 7 days.
On 27.06, after yet another follow-up, I was again told to wait an additional 7 days.
Despite repeated attempts to resolve my issue, I keep receiving the same standard replies with changing
timeframes, but no actual progress has been made. There is no clear update, no resolution, and no meaningful
communication regarding my case. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expected better customer service and more iccountability. At this point, the repeated delays and lack of resolution are unacceptable.
Had a small issue with a mispelling of my name, which fell outside the "3 Characters for free" rule. Whilst there was a little bit of a wait for someone in the chat, the issue was resolved very quickly and to my satisfaction once picked up by Ashraf.

We flew with easyJet as a family of four and overall had a very good experience.
The biggest plus was that we were all seated together without any extra fees. The planes were clean, modern, and felt new.
The cabin crew were very friendly, helpful, and professional – genuinely great service on board.
The only downside is that baggage fees are quite expensive and can significantly increase the total cost of the trip.
Overall, a very positive experience and we would happily fly with them again.

Numerous calls and emails requesting a call from manager told their company policy trumps my rights as a consumer and what rhe law states my flight was changed to and earlier flight difference of 10.5 hours meaning we miss a full day of our holiday and to change to flight they offered I loose 250 quid its a joke
My experience with easyJet so far has not been great. I flew to Prague with them last year, they left my luggage in Prague I did not receive compensation or anything.
I have an upcoming holiday to corfu. Every booking agent I have used automatically email you a VAT invoice however, easyJet don’t and to try and obtain this is not straight forward. I’ve tried doing it through the portal as instructed on the website but there is no option to generate a VAT invoice. I called customer services to which I was then asked what I meant regarding a VAT invoice. He had no idea what it even was and had to check with a colleague to which I was told they do not supply VAT invoices and I would have to go through the online contact form, to which I did and typed in my booking reference as it requested me to but then it was saying not recognised even though I copied and pasted it from the email confirmation itself.
Nothing is straight forward, I won’t be booking through easyJet again.
Having paid £668 for 2 returns Manchester to Rome through Celebrity Cruises. I was forced to pay an extra 140 euros for my hand luggage on my return journey.
It was brilliant. With just a few messages back and forth, the problem was sorted in a couple of minutes. Mohammend - Great job!!!!!

Absolutely horrific no responsibility taken. No listening to my issues .. I have no words to describe how upset I am and how this has affected my health
Appalling lack of help when easyJet cancelled our evening flight from Mykonos. Telephonic ‘assistance’ included the promise of being booked onto a flight that never existed, the promise of a call back which never came, and the offer of a direct flight home four days later. I am left approximately £800 out of pocket, spent on booking new flights and find accommodation, as well food and taxis. An unnecessarily stressful end to a much longed-for holiday, and the prospect of a long form-filling exercise to claim back the money.
Hard work, I tried to cancel unneeded much later flights, reallocated after being abandoned by easyJet in Santorini , we made our own way home and we were trying to release these for other stranded travellers - didn’t seem like rocket science but after 2nd attempt seems like they have done it, they were however well rehearsed with not talking responsibly.
