The lady who answered my call was very pleasant and obviously wanting to be helpful.
The connection wasn't good, from my end, and she was patient.
I booked assistance and needed to change my allocated seat from window to aisle. We discussed options and settled on one not too far back.

Awful customer service - the worst I have come across both on the webchat and on the phone. Over the webchat none of my messages were read properly to the point where the advisor on the otherside just ended up repeating himself as he failed to realise that what he was saying actually (and demonstrably) made no sense. Today on the phone after requesting something that easyjets on service can be done, the lady that I was speaking to just decided on a whim to put me back in to the queue where I have been holding now for over 20 minutes.....an truly awful experience for what I have always considered a reasonable airline

After 43 min you hanged up on me. I waited 13 min for someone to check info for me just for the call to hang up
Waited another 40 min just to not be helped, horrible customer service. When on the airport an agent tells me one thing and that information is wrong costing me extra money and then the flight delay of 2 hours wasting the money I paid for speedy boarding the non refundable terms of service is just a joke. easyJet is the worst airline and I hope they go under.

The service assistant closed the chat before I'd had a chance to respond. I wanted to review the baggage policy, but they closed the ticket while I was reading it and I wanted to go back to them and ask further questions

Always really helpful with special assistance so quick and easy they answer the phone very politely and always super helpful I've never had a disappointment experience with EasyJet yet I carry on to use them as I know I always get the special assistance support I require
