Ahmed was very helpful and charged my flight after easyjet had changed my original time. I still needed to pay a surcharge though and ths couldn't be lowered.

Absolutely shocking, incorrect information given after cancelled flight at midnight and then a customer service agent that did not understand 2am is not the same as 2pm, a real worry about thw training they have

I booked and paid immediately for…

I booked and paid immediately for flights to Italy, to receive my 2 PhD degrees in a special ceremony. Unfortunately I had to cancel the trips from Gatwick due to my wife serious illness after her stroke. I will never be able to attend the graduation again and I do not want to pay for the rest of my life, on higher insurance premiums when claiming the flights cost. Why does Easyjet get away with this daylight robbery and blatantly refusing to paid us, the customers, that put bread on their tables by flying Easyjet, what they owe us. Easyjet can and are able to refund anybody immediately, exactly the same way as we, the customers do. Perhaps karma has an answer, who knows.

A chain of mismanagements

The flight was delayed, then got cancelled, and they said they will offer us hotel rooms for the night, and that we need to reach out to customer service. We receive an email with the same instructions and clear instructions to not book our own hotel room as they will not reimburse. We follow instructions and we speak to the customer service in chat who says there are no hotel rooms available and that we should book our own and claim the money later. Which is exactly what the email said not to do. Fast forward 4.5 hours from the original departure time of the flight, and we are still with no hotel room, standing in a line to speak to ground staff in a closed airport in Basel at 02:00 am with mo cafe or restaurant open to eat or drink anything. Not even the slightest offering of free snacks or water while they act like they are fixing the issue. Aah and so far no updates on will we be able to leave Basel to our destinations.

Live chat staff rude

The customer service advisor was rude. Suliman could not help but prefer to respond with remarks than actually providing useful information. If I didn't have issues with online check in, wouldn't bother wasting time for help

We paid for seats together and had our seats re-arranged at the last minute. Every one of the party of 5 sat in separate seats scattered over the plane.
Not only is this unacceptable, you also do not refund the money taken from us to reserve our seats, which I find to be an absolute rip off. Just a complete con to take money from people for a service you then do not facilitate.

Poor experience

No ground staff around to speak with at Geneva airport without going back through security. Called customer service number twice, gave up after 70 mins first time, second time I was on for 64 mins and most of that was on hold. The lady I spoke with gave me inaccurate information, I asked her to repeat several times and each time she got it wrong, she seemed confused. I was nice with her but it felt like she just wanted to get me off the call.
Flight is currently 3 hours late, no one has offered any food/drink vouchers. The app is useless, not up to date.

I am very disappointed with the handling of my case by EasyJet customer service, as my issue remains unresolved despite multiple follow-ups over several weeks. On 10.06, I contacted EasyJet and was told I would receive a response "as soon as possible."
On 15.06, I followed up again and was informed I would receive a reply within 72 hours.
On 19.06, I contacted them once more and again received the same generic response that they would reply "as soon as possible."
On 20.06, I was told I would receive a response within 7 days.
On 27.06, after yet another follow-up, I was again told to wait an additional 7 days.
Despite repeated attempts to resolve my issue, I keep receiving the same standard replies with changing
timeframes, but no actual progress has been made. There is no clear update, no resolution, and no meaningful
communication regarding my case. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expected better customer service and more iccountability. At this point, the repeated delays and lack of resolution are unacceptable.

Quick to sort out issues

Had a small issue with a mispelling of my name, which fell outside the "3 Characters for free" rule. Whilst there was a little bit of a wait for someone in the chat, the issue was resolved very quickly and to my satisfaction once picked up by Ashraf.

Great airline.

We flew with easyJet as a family of four and overall had a very good experience.
The biggest plus was that we were all seated together without any extra fees. The planes were clean, modern, and felt new.
The cabin crew were very friendly, helpful, and professional – genuinely great service on board.
The only downside is that baggage fees are quite expensive and can significantly increase the total cost of the trip.
Overall, a very positive experience and we would happily fly with them again.
