Fast service and what I needed was completed quickly and efficiently. I needed to add a CPAP machine to my booking and you aren’t able to do this online so need to ring customer service. As stated the customer service was great but don’t see why this can’t be done online.

I was promised a £25 voucher if I booked a holiday with them. I booked the holiday and received an email confirming the voucher. On return from holiday they did not give me the voucher. I complained and their response was, 'not sure what's happened, but go and contact the company that we use to issue the vouchers and sort it out with them'. Shocking response.
Their useless AI robots will respond to this message by apologising and then telling me that they're looking into it and will get back to me. Well, it's been months now and they haven't got back to me yet!
None of the staff are willing to help or even are aware of how to do their job properly. One manager accidentally stopped the whole conveyor belt for bag drop, causing massive delays on my trip this morning. If you ask a question, they seem completely unwilling to answer and are just generally unhappy at their workplace, which adds stress to an already stressful journey. This would be manageable for a cheap airline but these days easyjet is just as costly as all the rest.
Was on hold for over an hour! No one answered the phone
I have had a very disappointing experience with easyJet. My flight from Barcelona to London Gatwick was delayed by over 2 hours, causing significant inconvenience and disruption to my travel plans.
What made the experience even worse was the behaviour of some of the cabin crew. I felt that I was treated differently from other passengers and perceived their behaviour towards me, as an Indian passenger, to be discriminatory. The staff were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful throughout the flight.
I was also not allowed to keep my bag where other passengers appeared to be allowed to place theirs, and the situation was handled in an unnecessarily abrupt and disrespectful manner. Instead of treating all passengers fairly and with courtesy, I felt singled out and embarrassed.
This was one of the worst airline experiences I have had. Delays can happen, but there is no excuse for poor customer service or making passengers feel unwelcome. I expect much better from an international airline and will think twice before flying with easyJet again.
Spent 45 mins on the phone and no answer . I could not do what I needed on line so tried to call but useless
Inspired A very impersonal way of dealing customer service through an online chat it was a very efficient and professional help that I got from the easyJet customer service agent Lubna. Thanks to her I have been able to have a bed as a result of my canceled flight.

Due to fly to Santorini at 8AM from LGW. We get to the gate and they are offering £450 incentives to change to the 2PM flight.
We decline but then it becomes obvious that something is wrong with the 8am flight. At 1230PM we are told the flight is cancelled.
As far as I can see , every other flight from UK to Santorini took off today , even though there were widely accepted delays due to bad weather.
Next available EJ flight - a 10 hour change a thon on Monday , which when you are due to come home on Thursday doesn't really help.
Holiday ruined. EJ will refund the ticket in full but thats not the point. What was really wrong with the 8am flight ?
I will never use Easy Jet again.
