The first attempt of getting the licence didn't work. There was a small mistake in the documents. After correcting it, I got the licence eventually.

I had to have my application handled urgently but somehow didn't include it in my order. I was helped for free at the last minute when it was a busy time of the year. Great service, highly recommended.

Terrible customer service. My ITCA IDP was rejected in the car rental company. I asked for a refund and they said there is no proof. They finally agreed on a partial refund minus 30%, but went MIA and has ignored all my emails since. I have yet to receive a refund and could not get a refund from the car rental too. Do not purchase from them!!

It's a bad agency... There IDP not valid in Europe... They asked, it valied but absolutely not... Wasted my time and money ₹6400. I not suggest these types of agencies ever.. if any one have doubt I will give proof of polish government reply when I submitted idp.

Company promised an IDP acceptance within 15 minutes and email docs within 1 hour. Failed. Claimed refund to company through paypal and then had an email the next day after it was too late. lost my car rental as a result. When I aksed for support on WhatsApp they were closed and then abused me when I asked for a refund.
I have full evidence including screenshots from WhatsApp to provide Trustpilot, Paypal and my credit card company.
I disputed with Paypal and they've found in my favour and given full refund. Thank you Paypal!
