John, my representative from the UK is why our experience was great! He took the time to allow me to explain my issue without interrupting me. I was trying to have an issue resolved for both me and my wife while traveling and driving in Europe.

I was in a panic because I had already paid for both of our services and wanted the issue resolved before shipment to me.

After John listened to my request. He repeated my request back to me to assure me that we both understood each other. He provided a couple of options available to me and asked me to decide on which one. He explained how he was going to have the ITCA team resolve our issues.

John was very personable (unlike an AI, or a helpdesk representative speaking from an instructions guide) and had a great sense of humor. I would gladly buy John a couple of pints over some fish and chips someday.

I called and emailed my request to the posted number a few times in the last 2 days. Yesterday, I realized that I had been trying to contact ITCA either before or after their posted work hours for their country. Even though my local time was during their posted hours but in a different country. This was my mistake, not theirs. I also read on the ITCA website that an email response could take a few days due to them being super busy, especially this time of year for the holiday season. Today, after feeling like an idiot, I called at 10:15 am UK time and John answered the call almost immediately. Even after the WhatsApp call, he contacted us to provide the status of our order with the requested changes. Truly amazing!!

We would love to work for a company like ITCA If the company culture is like John's performance today.

John, you provided excellent customer service, and patience, second to none.

I received the IDP on time. However, it did not work for me. But the people at ITCA assured me that it was a one-off experience and they will look into why that happened. They also gave me full refund.

There was some error with my shipping address. I talked with their team John and he helped me to fix everything.

Service offered is very good. i opted for 15mins soft copy which is i got with in that time, now i need to check holds valid in South Africa and in other countries

Opted for the 15 Minutes Express IDL and it still took 9 hours for them to produce the document, which ended up being completely wrong. I am an Austrian citizen and wanted to drive in Australia. They mixed it up throughout the document and it now says I am Australian and the document is eligible everywhere except Australia. Tried to contact them for more than 24hours, never reached a soul.

Completely useless service.

No postal tracking number has been received even after 4 days of applying. Opted for urgent processing, but it was of no use. Multiple emails to support are not getting answered. Whatsapp pings are totally ignored.

Actually my license number was wrong on the license which I got from itca and it was because of my fault, but I am requesting to itca may you please change my license number and may you send me a new license which could I use. One of my freind is using this, he is too much happy from this license.

It is not valid, nor acceptable anywhere. Your IDP needs to be from the same country where the original license is issued.
I ordered my booklet, and the transport office informed me it was not valid at all.

I made 2 applications 12 days ago and have recieved jumbled emails that make no sense to my requests or applications. I have since applied to another non governmental company and got my booklet and card back within 3 days. I also applied to get governmental one and it should arrive this week.
Don't waste your money or time on ITCA.

Edit: Today (with no notice from ITCA) I received both booklets from a UK address. I checked with my car rental provider and it is not valid nor acceptable.

After a couple of coherent email exchanges today on 23 March I received in my bank account full refunds for both applications.

Steve was extremely helpul and made sure my query was resolved ASAP.

39 Euros for an IDP? Just go to any UK Post office with your driving license and a photograph - it will be done right away and cost just £5.00. This is a rip off.

I had a little issue on my ID card and try contact them the next day ( Sunday ) to see if they can help me with that. I talked to Steve about it and he got it taken care of real quick even they are closed on Sunday. Thank you very much Steve for your fast and reliable services.

Application adds various add-on's by default. I was applying for 5 year permit. Attempted to deselect urgent service and other unnecessary services. While doing so the permit validity had changed to 1 year. Now trying to resolve it via Whatapp and telephone. Whatapp messages are answered sporadically. Unable to contact via the UK phone number and Turkish phone number. I was offered a 20% off discount code at the beginning. As the 1 year permit was somehow selected the full 20% discount wasn't applied on checkout. I've offered to pay the difference for 5 year permit if the calculation is done properly. No response from WhatsApp Support to this suggestion.

Had an email saying that soft copy option for the card has been selected when a card hasn't been ordered, so I need to remove the soft copy option or add the card option. I do not need the card (only need the permit). There is no suggestion on the email as to how to go about adding/removing services now. i.e. amending the order.

Update (18.01.2024)-John reverted to me via WhatApp yesterday (I did email Catrina/ICTA team to explain when I received their email saying permit and card will be shipped) to inform that the one-year IDP will be shipped (also to ask if I wanted the Card - I said no to this). I then asked about the 5 year. He contacted finance team and they worked out the additional payment. Once the paypal link was sent, I made the additional payment immediately. Now waiting for permit to arrive in post in 3-5 days. Will update this review once it's received. I'm increasing rating from 2 to 3 stars due to amicable resolution (with potential 4 stars once permit is received and everything is in order)

Update (02.02.2024) - Everything worked out fine. IDP received via special delivery with correct valid to date (5 year validity). Increasing rating to 4 stars as promised in my previous update.

Sign up with them, hand over your money and then they come back demanding more. Day after day no response until i lodge a complaint with paypal and still they refuse to cooperate.

After 3 days and claim in Payment gateway ..the company sent me the tracking code ...so I change the initial review ... hope that can i put the last star !

Fast service. Responsive customer service. This is an informal licence however.

Simply an amazing service. After 2 hours I submitted my application I received an email with the soft copy of my drive license.
