Helpful employees

When I was trying on things employees would bring me similar pieces to what I like and helping me elevate my style. I think employees could work on being one on one with shoppers.

Best Canadian women’s clothing store

Whenever I go into my local Dynamite store the ladies who work there are so kind, welcoming and polite.
One woman always remembers me and my daughter and she gives me suggestions on new items that I almost always end up buying.

The quality and style of Dynamite clothing is exactly what I’m looking for and I hope they continue. It’s perfect for every facet of my life. As a professional and a mom and a woman!

I used my birthday coupon of $25 plus…

I used my birthday coupon of $25 plus $10 worth of Collectif points on a previous order, however when I came in store to exchange the item for another item I was told the coupon and collectif points cannot be applied to the new item purchased and had to pay an additional difference. Collectif points should be reimbursed to my account after a return since those were earned from previous purchases

Dynamite will steal your money

I ordered jeans from Dynamite but received the wrong item from Garage instead. Despite providing proof, Dynamite continues to insist that the correct item was shipped and refuses to issue a refund. Based on this experience, I would not recommend shopping online with Dynamite. Terrible customer service.

Regina location

The Regina store location associates are always extremely unfriendly- the last 3x that I have been to the store, I have had 2 different sales associates at the till. Unpleasant, rude and difficult to deal with. Not sure if it is just these 2 ladies personalities, or if they were having a bad day- but it does make shopping there very pleasant.

I liked the old store version way better

I liked the old store version way better. The lighting in the dressing room as a dark yellow is a no-no, it isn’t flattering to anybody at all and doesn’t make the colors of the clothes pop on you. Also one of the lady at the dressing room was super extra rude. But rest of the staff was nice. Also the sizing is getting a bit out of hands. I used to be a S/M if I wanted an oversized or not fitted look, now I need XXS/XS and I’m definitely not an XXS person.

The overall experience was positive

The overall experience was positive. The employee who helped me was great and the store looks really great! My only complaint is that there wasn't a lot of stock. There were a lot of missing sizes for various items I was looking at and there was such a better variety online. A lot of "online exclusives" which made shopping for an event in-store more difficult.

Not one SA acknowledged when when I…

Not one SA acknowledged when when I walked into the sitter when there was a greeter/SA. It was very obvious that u was looking for certain items and I had to wait for about 1 min while two other SAs were talking about a subject that wasn’t related to work. Although, after I asked for help, the SA was very helpful and I loved the product after trying it on.

During checkout , the was not friendly at all and it showed in her facial expression. The only thing that I appreciated was her asking if I wanted to use my $5 coupon as a discount. No smile and no thank you . She seemed very annoyed and unhappy to be working and if this is the case, hire another person who would appreciate the job and want to earn extra income as the person should not be in the service industry. But I was extremely turned off with my instore experience on August 21st as I would have received a better experience in the mall one level about at Zara’s.

The perfect Fitted Coat

Always a great experience shopping with Dynamite. My fitted coat is just as seen on the website and fits like a glove! Sale price was a huge bonus.

factory seconds at full price

We ordered a bunch of stuff online, there was an issue with all but 2 of the 6 items. It seems to me that they are selling factory seconds at full price (online anyway). We contacted customer care but they sent a 30 second email that said sorry but did not address a single issue in my full page email. They did offer us 600 points, whatever that means. No notification of order received, shipped or anything for a few days after the order. This company does not deserve our business, were shopping elsewhere next time.

I was sent the skirt with the security…

I was sent the skirt with the security tag on it, and had to go in to the store to have them remove it. I should have just shopped at the store I stead.

The staff were helpful and friendly but store very dusty

The staff were helpful and friendly. The store was very dusty and I ended up coughing and couldn’t stop. When I left, my air passages cleared and I felt better. I think it would help to have a professional cleaner wipe everything down/dust every once in a while.
