Received the jacket in a timely manner. The problem is not with the quality of their clothing, it is with their pricing policy. The item I wanted was advertised at a discount, but they were out of stock in my size and had been even prior to the sale. One of the jackets (and I mean only one--probably a return) appeared the day after the sale closed. I quickly ordered the jacket and called customer service to let them know about the situation hoping they would be sensitive to my issue. They were absolutely inflexible and said that they were unable to adjust the price. I was told to return and reorder. The return was not a problem, but there were none to reorder! I was in a pickle. Thus this review.
I realize it is not the customer service representatives that create the company policy, but executives. This particular policy, however, is both poor and illogical.
A thought: an easier policy for the company does not mean a better policy! Great policy will yield greater loyalty from your customers and greater loyalty from your customers will yield higher profits.
Always a great experience and the sales Associates are always so helpful and knowledgeable. I can always count on Dynamite to have everything I need.

Very annoying that you can’t process a return on your own and have to contact customer service to request one. Took over 72 hrs and multiple contact attempts to finally receive a return label. Seems scammy and ensures that I will never shop there again.

I reached out to chat on dynamite website and spoke to Adam about my package that i did not receive.my order number is 765016554030. He said theres nothing he can do about it and that it couldve been stolen. I dont know nothing about it being stolen i just know i didnt get the order i paid for. Then. When i told him i want to speak to someone else he said he can escalate the case and that even if he wanted to refund me he cant because its over $200…. What does that have to do with me i still paid $225 for something i have not gotten. Its on the seller to make sure i got my order no matter right its consumers rights. As a first time customer this is really bad customer service and not okay. The company is trying to rob people and take their money. No where was I told that if my order is more than 200 im not gonna be refunded that doesnt make sense. The seller is liable always. For company thats well known they dont care about their customers all they care about is taking money from them. This makes me never want to shop with them ever again. And i dont recommend anyone to shop from them either because if anything happens to ur order they will not care at all. I shouldve seen all the negative reviews about this company before i ordered from them.

I’ve shopped at Dynamite Clothing for years now, across seven different locations, and I keep coming back because the clothes themselves are genuinely great. The quality is solid, the fits are usually reliable, and the styles are perfect for work. They’re consistently on trend with colors, and many of my wardrobe staples come from Dynamite. Their online shopping experience is also fast, accurate, and overall excellent.
I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the in-store/omnichannel experience is inconsistent. Depending on the location, staff either ignore me completely or pressure me into buying something. Returns are also hit or miss: some associates are lovely, but others scrutinize the item for what feels like forever, even when it still has the tags and the original fold lines from the package. And when doing an exchange, their policy is to process the return first and then make you line up again to repurchase the item, which is frustrating and inefficient.
Dynamite could easily be a perfect retailer if their in-store human experience consistently matched the quality of their clothing and their online service.

I think there’s a lot of work to be done in the customer service at Dynamite Galeries d’Anjou, from our first steps to the cabin nobody came to see me even though I had multiple clothes in my hands to try on. At the cabin, a girl just gave me a place without asking me my name and number of clothes. We waited 10 minutes at the cash because only one girl (out of 4) was doing the cash. Clothing always fits me perfectly for the most part. I make the effort to try on the item(s) in-store first before placing my order through their app. I like how I’m able to get free shipping for being a member and dollars off my purchases make things easier.
