Wish I had the cashiers name. Girl was so rude and dismissive. Barely made eye contact. Almost zero conversation except for “do you wanna bag, it’s 25 cents?” Gave me my bad without a word.
I get we should all wear what we want but this girl looked like she worked in a low grade trashy shop with her stomach sticking right out.
I actually liked what I purchased but because of the crap service, I will be going back to do a return.
Not going to support anywhere with such bad service anymore.

Very disappointing customer service experience.
I visited the Conestoga Mall in Waterloo to find a dress for my daughter's special occasion. We asked for a specific size, and the sales associate informed us that they had one in the back, but it was scheduled to be returned because it was very dirty. She suggested my daughter try it on for sizing purposes and, if it fit, we could order a new one online.
The dress fit perfectly, so we placed an online order. After waiting eight days for delivery, we were shocked to discover that the dress we received was the exact same dirty dress my daughter had tried on in the store.
When I contacted the store, I was told the best they could offer was a small refund, an amount that wouldn't even cover the gas required to return to the store, let alone the cost of having the dress professionally cleaned. They suggested I contact customer service, as they might be able to provide a better resolution.
Unfortunately, the customer service representative, Alex, was not helpful. He didn't hear a word I said. The only two solutions offered were:
1. Return the dress for a full refund.
2. Return the dress and have the store reorder it when the size becomes available.
Neither option worked. The dress size is currently out of stock, so having the store order one for us is rediculous and we need it in less than two weeks for the event.
At this point, it is not worth making a round trip of nearly two hours just to show them a dress and receive a minimal refund on a $160 purchase. The entire experience has been frustrating and inconvenient.
As a result, I will no longer be shopping at Dynamite. Customers deserve better than receiving a dirty item that the store had already identified as unsuitable for sale and then being offered resolutions that primarily benefit the company rather than the customer.
Dynamite needs to do much better if it wants to retain customer loyalty. I have a resolution for Dynamite.. close your doors indefinitely! Not sure why it is showing as US, this happened in Canada

The ladies were really helpful in finding the pants I needed. I love the style Dynamite has. Checking out was very good too, she was very helpful with me using my gift card.
I was greeted upon entering the store. The employee in the dressing room was friendly. I was served quickly, though the person on cash was not very friendly.
I went to the kelowna orchards walk location. There was one staff member present who was not very helpful. I had my hands full and was waiting for a dressing room. It took the one staff member awhile to come over and get me into a room. Once I was done trying on the clothes, I had a question about one dress and if I could try it in another size. The staff member left the dressing room and did not help me. Instead they went to the till and were on their phone. Very disappointed in the service here.
Very disappointed with my experience with Dynamite. I never received my order because of a delivery driver’s mistake who did not even follow the delivery instructions provided. The package was left in front of the building instead of at my apartment door. As a result, the package disappeared.
The most frustrating part was the customer service. No real help, no attempt to contact the driver or conduct a proper investigation. I was simply told that the package was marked as “delivered” and that nothing could be done.
This was a dress for my graduation, which makes the situation even more disappointing. Honestly, very poor handling of the issue and extremely disappointing customer service.
I put a dress on hold and was told I could go pick it up right away. We I got to the 2nd store they told me they had to put the dress back on the floor because someone tried it on. I went there specifically for that item and was not warned it wasn’t held for me. Luckily it was still there. However after buying the item and going home I noticed the security tag was still on. I had to go get it removed the next morning. It was not a heat so experience. I had to go to 3 stores in 2 days.
Because this is my favorite store to shop. It's first priority over any other store. I have been shopping for years
The customer service team was great, very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The store (Limeridge Mall) looked amazing, very classy and I felt very comfortable shopping there.
The customer service is exemplary! On both of my visits I was treated very well. I love the selection of items and the prices are extremely reasonable.
They have the worst customer service and for online orders they are just shipping the used and wasted clothes like someone tried that clothe in the store and left their foundations and all and they will ship it to you and then deny refunding you.
Never gonna trust this brand ever again.
I’ve only ever bought jeans from dynamite and I don’t think I need to look elsewhere! The materials, quality, and styles are what matter most to me, and prices are more than fair. dynamite excels in each one. The customer service I recently received went above and beyond to help me. I can say I’ll be staying a loyal customer
