I can feel springs when I get into bed but it goes after a while also the stitching around the edges of thebed you could slip out of it I am 83 and a bit dangerous for the elderly.

The gentlemen that delivered were very helpful and polite we followed their instructions about not using any bed linen for 2 hours. My husband is certainly getting a better night’s sleep thank you for your help in store and with the delivery.

Great warm welcome, shown how to use the bed choosing machine and then matched up with my ideal mattress. Frances was very kind and looked after me throughout my experience and my mattress was delivered in a couple of weeks right to my bedroom with the old one taken away. Very pleased with the product and noticed the difference in my sleep already!

Customer service was excellent, both in store at time of purchase and delivery of my sofa-bed.
Issy was friendly ,offer a drink, brought a pillow so I was able to test the one I liked and concluded the sale with ease. It was a fuss free shop.

Our agent was knowledgeable and helpful , the store was well laid out with a good selection of beds most of which were discounted by 20% . The store was clean and pleasant and unusually offered a toilet for customers. the coffee was freshly made. The store had the sleepmatch computer for narrowing down the choice of mattresses to meet our needs.

Very friendly and professional delivery and installation technicians, both very knowledgeable and very tidy and did a fantastic job.

Don was incredible helpful, not at all pushy and could answer all our questions as well as explain the differences in all the mattresses simply.

I was given the space to look around without being hassled, which is important to me I don’t like pushy staff. When I wanted the help, I was met with a smile and given lots of help. The whole experience was done without any stress to myself. The lady in question was knowledgeable and efficient.

Beasa was excellent and very professional. Helped us to pick out the right bed and frame for us. Very happy with the process, and everything was explained well.
