Giving one as i cant give zero
Giving one as i cant give zero. Left my mobility aid that I urgently need at the wrong address. 16 mins walk away. I have no way to track it down. Can't just go wandering looking for it. I have sent emails to all dpd addresses I could find and tried to phone but nothing. I am now going to have to look at renting a rollator for my trip which will put me over 100 euro out of pocket al because dpd hire drivers who are careless. Will never use a service that uses dpd ever again. Avoid like the plague!

Delivery was on time, but just left in open view.
Delivery was on time, and within timeframe, as always with DPD.
However, it was just dumped at the front door..as always, in plain sight for anyone passing to see (housing estate).
No attempt to hide it behing even a large plant pot (right beside the door) .
A neighbour spotted it and took it in for me, thankfully!
