The parcel arrived on time, but it was left on the ground outside my front door, even though there is a large parcel box mounted on the wall. Fortunately, it didn't rain today, otherwise my item could have been damaged. Please leave future deliveries in the parcel box.

Unfortunately, my experience was negative. My parcel was delivered resealed with GLS tape, which suggests that it may have been damaged or torn open during transit. When I opened the package, I discovered that two items I had ordered were missing: a children’s hoodie and a bag, worth around €50 in total.
I don’t know at which stage these items went missing or whether the issue happened during delivery or when Zara packed the order. However, I received a damaged parcel with missing items, so I was very disappointed with the overall delivery experience.

Delivery unsatisfactory
No notification that item was to be delivered.
The driver was on his phone whilst dragging the box from the van and was banging it off the side of my car whilst bringing it to my door. I could see him from inside.
As a result the box was badly damaged but thankfully the items inside were not damaged.
Very poor service.

Fastway lives on in GLS....yet another non delivery because I wasn't home. Incorrect I was and 3 others in the house all day. I NEVER order online if I know GLS are delivering, but my order was split between DPD (arrived as always on time yesterday) still waiting on GLS despite same delivery date. I'll be contacting retailer, if they intend to use GLS going forward I'll take my custom elsewhere.

Delivery was quick but the delivery…
Delivery was quick but the delivery driver opened the gate and left it open. Luckily our dogs didn’t escape onto the road. I would appreciate it they could be mindful of closing gates after them. They also left our package near the driveway rather than the front door. Only for a phone call from someone who noticed it we’d never have known it was there

Incorrectly marking it as delivered makes it much harder to investigate where my package is and to report the issue to the supplier. I am still missing my goods, so please investigate this urgently and provide accurate delivery information.
