It was on time. But your drivers are consistently the worst delivery men compared to every other service. They throw the delivery at the doorstep and on more than one occasion have lead to damage to the product inside. They never help or follow directions on the delivery notice either. Also never ring the bell to at least let someone know there was a delivery at all

I never had a good delivery experience…
I never had a good delivery experience with GLS. My parcel today was just left on our fence where some stranger can just pick it up or would have easily fallen and dogs can get it and chew the goods.

The support office is useless
The support office is useless, they don’t reply to the emails but the delivery driver did absolutely everything to make sure that I’m getting my parcel-thank you!
