Disappointment with the quality of service
The parcel I received was damaged and torn, despite being clearly marked to be handled with care due to its contents. I was not at home on the day of delivery and asked the courier to leave the parcel at my doorstep. I was told that he could not do so and would attempt delivery the following day. After a while, I received a notification that the parcel had been delivered, although the photo showed that it had simply been left behind the estate’s fence, where it lay for the next few hours. As it had been torn open, anyone could have easily taken the contents. I am very disappointed with the way my delivery was handled. Although ultimately none of the items I’d ordered were lost or broken, I was forced to carry the parcel myself from the entrance gate to my apartment (about 150 metres). It was very disappointing experience.

I ordered some GAA jerseys online, as my mother was visiting Ireland from New York. She wanted the jerseys for her grandchildren, but they weren't available in the shops. As she was about to leave for Dublin Airport, DPD Ireland pulled up to the house in County Down and delivered the package. The timing was perfect! Thank you.

The driver only delivered 1/2 of the shipment on the tracking ID. The video evidence shows the driver entering with 1 parcel; not 2 as intended. The driver marked both parcels delivered. This has now created a concern with theft risk and I would like to receive a response from someone at the customer service center or depot manager.
