After sales service extremly poor .

After sales service extremly poor .
Bought a mini cooper s clubman form parks mini Hamilton .
After 6 months noted that blisters appeared over 3 of the alloy wheels called the salesman and informed him regarding tge complaint.
I did not recieve any contact After 1 week so attended the garage , he examined the car and stated yes there is a problem with the alloys he would make enquiries and get back , after 4 weeks of no contact I again attended the garage to be told , it's been very busy but I will make enquiries and get back . This happened another twice with exactly the same result , eventually the 4th wheel became blistered .
I have since had the wheels repaired , powder coated and diamond cut at a cost of £400 .
The after sales service is awful to be honest and to say after a complaint I will enquire and get back to you not only once but 3 times and then make stupid excuses is disgusting .
Afraid I won't be back

Extremely Poor Customer Service

Book my wife’s mini in for an MOT and service at 8am today and then wait until 330pm to get the car back. They didn’t start the service and MOT until noon. What is the point in having the customer drop the car off at 8am when you don’t look at it until noon. Really poor customer service.

Excellent customer service and after care

Excellent customer service and aftercare.
Had an issue with my Mini, needed advice a wee bit advice. Nothing too much trouble. Dealt with immediately. Also want to mention Alex and Stephen (Service Dept) for excellent customer service at Parks Mini, Almada Street, Hamilton, Glasgow.

REALLY poor customer service …

REALLY poor customer service who go against everything they say in their Mission Statement. Ordered a car in March 2022, was told it would arrive end of June but updated in May to say no longer available. We asked to buy a car from showroom but was told Mini do not permit that. Visited showroom on a Sunday in July, given quote and told car would arrive by end of the year in 2022. EMailed instruction to order the car based on the quote. 12 hours later they came back to say it would now cost a further £24 per month. On contacting the dealership we received very poor customer care with no solutions offered. Their Salesperson's information was in conflict with the Sales Manager's information e.g. vehicle would be available by end of 2022, however Sales Manager then said it could be March 2023. So, 6 months on from original order I still don't have a vehicle or any sign of when one would be available that was close to the original budget.Taking my business elsewhere. VERY disappointed .
