ordered speciality pizza (half pepperoni half deluxe square sliced) Tried to give me medium cheese pizza awful looking not even cup cheese the cheese was red from sauce baking through/ I didnt take it but was charged for it He told me thats what i ordered and thats what i am getting $9.99

Very disappointed with my order the pizza was poor no cheese very little pepperoni lacking taste could of got a better pizza at Iceland garlic bread well if that’s garlic I’m a vampire!

Put an order in online on their app, order was over €100 but got 35% off because of the deal they have, placed the order, the money left my account and then the app said 'there has been a problem please contact the store' rang the store they said they order never went through to them and id have to order again but the money won't revert back into my account for 7-14 days, sure what good is that, over €90 (because of the 35% off) sitting in limbo when it was to be used for party food

Tired of paying for extra cheese and not getting it. The pizza has barely any topping on it and it was totally tasteless.

I have had it with Domino's after 10 years of supporting them, today was the last time I make use of them.

Ordered online. showed up a half an hour after ordering and was told it would be another 30 to 40 min. I understand places get busy! But, while she told me that I could literally see that there were only two pizzas in the two tier oven! You would think if it is that busy the oven would be full! Just saying!

We had been busy all day so decided to have a pizza for dinner ordered and asked for the hot and spicy to be extra cooked order arrived and the pepperoni pizza was cooked ok but the cheese had an off taste and could not eat it the hot and spicy was under done floppy weird cheese taste and the crust was very doughy waste of money and still hungry as ate half a slice of a medium pizza rip off and not good used to be much better and really not a pleasant experience

Dominos Coupon online system clearly built and designed to inflate prices and then reduce them to a still over inflated cost - everyone knows pizza's cost pennies to make - advertising them at £25 top price and pretending £15 is a deal breaker is a like buying stolen goods at reduced price - only these guys get prosecuted ( sometimes ) but food industry clearly no power !

Domino's has a 10.99 14" special where you can order up to seven toppings on the pizza. We ordered 2 specials and the toppings were like an afterthought ex. there were 5 small pieces of chicken on them, the bacon and mushrooms were nonexistent. The advertised pizza on tv are just false advertising! We will only be ordering from Little Caesar's from now on.

2nd time in a row now either my order has been wrong or items missing. This is a new shop in Brigg and the management need to urgently review there processes and training matrix as it is clearly wrong and letting customers down. Your pizzas are not cheap and you will lose customers to the local pizza takeaways that are alot cheaper.

I placed my order in Dublin, Georgia 31021 (the only store that exist in the city.) . I placed my order online; I'm told the pizza is ready; I go to pick up my order and their computer system is not working to accept credit cards or anything else. I'm literally standing in the store for almost 30 minutes and I asked for discount of 50%. They said they won't do it. They said their pizza is already discounted enough! This franchise has one issue after another.

I ordered a Supreme pizza, got a plain cheese. The pizza had no sauce, was very hard and dry. The worst pizza I have ever had. Never again Domono's. I have had problems with this location. They never improve.

I literally ordered my pizza online and I’m telling you, it was there before I even remembered that I ordered it. Everything was there, fresh and omggg, the stuffed crust was just amazing. Thank you for not only getting my order rt, but everything just tasted fresh & amazing! And I NEVER leave reviews!

My experience with domino's pizza. I ordered a medium pepperoni mushroom. There was so little mushrooms on the Pizza.I called and got another one. In my opinion , seven eleven has better pizza than domino's. I will never order from there again. Very little of everything cheese , pepperoni and mushrooms.

Domino's new Pizza $9.95 looks nothing lik the ad is a scam the edges of the pizza was dry burnt it wasn't even enough cheese on it

I ordered my Pizza at 8:45 Pm and got it delivered at 11 Pm. There is absolutely no way you can reach their customer service, so getting a resolution is just impossible.

I asked for my order to be ready at 5 o'clock.I got there to pay for it , and the food was sitting there already at 447 they did not have change 100 so I had to run to another store to go get change because they're safe, so they say it won't open for 9 minutes.

I don't care what kind of deal they have pizza taste like cardboard. Never go back

I ordered the $9.99 7- Toppings special and it looks like a plain pizza 🍕 I count 7 pepperoni pcs- 5 chicken bits 10-mushrooms pcs, found no bacon or ham for got wht the last Topping was its not there as well but sh*t loads of black olives the whole pizza is olives. Anyone knows why i can't I add a picture to revive.

Pizza is always good at least to me i loved dominoes since i was a kid and will love it forever

I am giving them a star because the manager at my location was actually interested in hearing about what went wrong so he could see if he can help other customers.

I ordered without the app because I just wanted comfort food today... I won't order regularly. I got a confirmation message order sent and even Steve is making it now. Then nothing...no email, no text and I couldn't even (or at least it wasn't easy to) go back to the site I ordered on and see my status. I tried calling and then realized that it had said ready in about 18 minutes and it had been 30. Luckily I live very close...I went and was expecting to hear no order went through but they had it and the manager had no idea why I didn't get a confirmation beyond "we want people to use the app".

Today happened to be the first week day of spring break locally, so when I got no confirmation I thought maybe they got very busy and the pizza would be substantially delayed, but if that happens most restaurants text you with an order delayed message. I happened to have paid via using cash on arrival, but if I had used a credit card and not gone assuming the order didn't go through I would have had to figure out if I was charged anyway and then deal with seeing if I never got the pizza could be a reason to cancel if I had no evidence to prove the order was in fact placed but I didn't get any confirmation it was ready to pick up.

Pizza was fine but nothing special, and a small with a small soda is more than a medium with a 2 liter soda that's the meal deal.. and I did carry out, so this isn't because there is a fee for delivery for a small order. Single people who want to control their weight are frequently "punished" this way by chain pizza restaurants and it's annoying.
