Father’s Day winning gift

When our sweet dog passed, I wanted a way to commemorate her with her big happy grin forever, so I purchased a set for me, my husband, and my daughter. We LOVE them! They make us think of her every time we were them, and my daughter wears them literally everyday. Not only does it capture a fond memory, but the quality of the print, the softness of the fabric, and the colorfast dye (because again- my daughter wears the a LOT!), makes it totally worth the purchase.

Best Gift 🎁

Divvy Up socks have become our Father’s Day tradition! My husband absolutely loves them and looks forward to being surprised by what pictures of our sons I use! The sock quality is great and the pictures always come out perfectly bright and clear.

My son’s first Father’s Day. Thanks

This was my first time ordering, I received my socks in great time for Father’s Day; however, came with the wrong picture…
I sent a message, with in a few hours they emailed and messaged me back stating “at no charge” they already were making another pair…
I was worried they would not get here in time for Father’s Day (my son 1st).
I DID and they are perfect.
This is the best customer service - I have ever had… Quick response, problem solving, friendly… TOO MANY words to choose from… DIVVYUP ARE THE BEST!!!

Shipment Error, Magical customer service~

I ordered a pair of socks before the cutoff deadline to be delivered by Father's day (2024). There was a miscommunication with USPS; instead of attempting redelivery, they returned the order. I contacted DivvyUp's customer support and they immediately sent out another pair. I received it today 6/13/24 right in time for fathers day. They made it possible for me to make this gift happen. They've got me for life!

GREAT RESULTS

I had a big order to complete for work. 36 pairs of socks on a pretty small deadline. DivvyUps design team was A+ when it came to communication and helping me out. I had a few pairs that the team didn't think would provide a high quality pair of socks, they were open, honest and FAST! HIGHLY recommend Divvy Up!

Taxes after taxes.

Still haven't received the socks but I'm already annoyed by the process already. Arrived to customs in Portugal and I still had to pay 15€ of taxes even after paying 12 + 6 USD to DivvyUp. A sock + a box came to 31USD but i already paid almost 60€ in total.

Hey Salvador, apologies for the slight delay in getting back to you here. Sorry to hear about the unexpected duties you got hit with for your order. Just to clarify, the $12 USD you paid is the shipping cost and the ~$6 USD is the EU VAT we are required to collect and remit.

The additional amounts that customs is asking you to pay is tariffs/duties which is separate from the other 2 amounts you paid at checkout. However, we will be reaching out directly via email to look into this further and see what we can do to help :)

It looks like your order was recently delivered. We hope you love them despite the unexpected issues!

The HIT of the Holiday

These socks were a hit! My youngest had made for my oldest and he LOVED them! A great product.
There was a twist with shipping and it was handled WONDERFULLY! I was super impressed with the honest communication and openness. Not only did they inform us of the issues, but they solved it! 10 out of 10, we will order from DivvyUp again!

Ordered socks on 12/13/23

Ordered socks on 12/13/23. Socks were ready to ship on 12/17/23. Socks didn't ship until 12/26/23. I paid for Christmas shipping and I just got them today 12/28/23. What is the point for Christmas shipping if you aren't going to ship them within the 10 days that divvyupsocks promote. Emailed divvyupsocks on 12/23/23 knowing that I wouldn't hear a response until after Christmas. I'm still waiting on the response. So I am very disappointed in they way they handled the shipping and the lack of response to my inquiry. Bad business model I suppose. Hopefully they read this and get back to me

Hi Brett, I sincerely apologize for the shipping delay on your order. Our team packaged up your order and dropped it off to USPS on 12/17/2023, but it seems the order was mishandled at the USPS facility where it was dropped off. We will be sure to pass this feedback to our USPS rep, as well as look into switching to FedEx express earlier for future holiday seasons to avoid USPS peak season shipping delays like this.

Our CS team was offline for Christmas which caused a bit of a delay in response - sorry about that! It looks like the team got back to you on 12/28/2023 to provide compensation for the missed holiday delivery.

Aileen #1… my hero

Aileen helped me trade return some #1 dad pairs that I ordered by mistake. She was so sweet and helpful. She even rushed the new blank face ones out overnight in time for Christmas! I’ve ordered from them for years now to give socks to the grandparents on Christmas and will keep my tradition going because of her great customer service! Not typical these days but truly appreciated. 💖

Well done and fast

Designers did a good job cropping my cat’s head. The colors are nice, delivery was fast, and a pair of socks is donated to a homeless shelter with each purchase. Highly reccomend.
