Everything about my experience was great. People were helpful, polite, efficient, kind - everything nice. I asked if possible for a delivery by January 8th and it arrived on about December 26th. My children and grandchildren love their gift, next I will be buying for my other children!

This company has the best customer service of any online retailer I have ever ordered from. A custom order got hung up by USPS (tracking status just stopped and never progressed). I reached out to DivvyUp and they were so responsive, with same day replies to my inquiries. When USPS failed to resolve the issue they proactively remade my order and resent it priority mail. They continued to follow up throughout and I received my order well in time for the holidays. Very impressive! And the product was excellent - exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend them and I will be ordering from them again.

I have placed a handful of orders with Divvyup over the years and this year I had placed an order for a few pairs of socks for Christmas presents. Usually their shipping is pretty spot on and I found it strange they were later than expected. I reached out to their support team and received a response almost instantly that the carrier had issues but they weren’t going to make their customers wait if they had Christmas gifts that would be late. Without hesitation, they made new pairs and overnighted the package so I would have it on time for my family presents. It is rare these days to get this type of customer service!! Socks arrived a scheduled. They are terrific. They were a surprise gift for our son who took the beautiful photograph of 2 colorful birds.He had given us a large copy of this on canvas so this was a return favor. He was so impressed by this that he may become a new customer for you.

I have ordered multiple times and both times i have received a great product!! The 2nd time ordering i needed a little customer service help and i definitely got it, it was quick and easy and DivvyUp did a great job!

Recently placed an order for Father’s Day. Product was delivered quickly. Product quality was great! Small issue with the order, but contacting customer service was very easy. They were most helpful and efficient in completing a fix. Will absolutely use again for custom graphic needs! Absolutely recommend!

I got a bulk order done recently and my socks turned out AMAZING! I had them custom made to have artwork I made so I can give them out as gifts to friends & family. Working with them was very easy & they were very helpful. My socks have always turned out super nice from DivvyUp & I highly recommend them.

I have bought socks from them for years around the holidays. Each year the sock quality has gone down. Our Christmas socks are already getting holes after only 5 months. The company has no way of contacting anyone besides email. Very disappointing.

I can’t say enough good things about this company! The quality of their socks and custom photos are fantastic. I have ordered socks with kids faces on them for every member of my family on multiple holiday occasions - we are talking 20+ socks over the last 3 years!! Highly recommend!

Customer service is excellent!! I ordered a pair of socks, and wasn't thrilled with the lightness of how the image came out. I emailed, and promptly received an email back from Maria with a new order in progress, and was able to receive the new pair in time for Christmas! The new pair look AMAZING. They havent been given yet, but the socks seem extremely soft and super nice quality. Thank you so much for helping me make my husband's xmas gift come through! It is literally so meaningful and his only gift this year, because he is so difficult to buy for--I was so relieved that they made this order happen so quickly and it came out beautiful with my son's kindergarten writing and artwork "I run with my dad." <3

I was blown away with the customer service. I not only got an email, but a personal text about concerns with my order. They did an excellent job working with a poor quality photo, and still providing an excellent picture on my socks. On top of that, they were able to Photoshop part of my dogs ear on the sock as it was not pictured in the photo I had.

The customer service is outstanding. One of my pictures wasn’t a very good quality and they showed urgency in the their response time. They were so helpful through the whole process. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and will order more products in the future

This company went above and beyond for me. My order was stuck with Canada post and they remade my order and reshipped it all for free. The product themself is unreal. I get the socks for Father’s Day and my Christmas every year for my husband. Highly recommend this company to anyone

WOW! The customer service is truly extraordinary. I submitted my 5 year olds artwork for a few different pairs of socks. One of the pieces of art turned out poor on the color sock we chose. I emailed customer service and they responded within MINUTES and allowed us to submit new art for a new pair of socks with fast shipping. The socks themselves are great - not the cheap sock I was expecting but rather a great quality sock. But the customer service is what made me want to write a review, share the company with my friends and family, and will have me back again and again as a customer. THANK YOU!!!

Love love love these custom socks!! At first they weren’t sure the picture I submitted would work but they made it happen and I couldn’t be happier with the final product. I can’t wait to see my daughter’s face when she sees her face on them. Also, if for some reason you need customer service like I did, Jennifer is great!
