The whole system of booking by using a computer & a pre-planned form is very difficult for elderly people to cope with. I have never felt comfortable with paying by giving a string of numbers to a computer - and eventually went to my bank, where a lovely lady at the counter helped me to complete the form and pay.

A good service. They gave you plenty of time, like 1 ferry before, if you're early than your specific booked time and 1 after if you miss it. Very easy and straight forward.

A bit of thieves
A bit of thieves, they took my money online for changing the departure dates and for breakfast and lunch, when I got to boarding, they didn't change the será, I had to pay 60 euros more, they didn't answer the phone anymore
