Overall a good service
Overall a good service, easy to use and very clear steps. However I had a discount code to use which gives me cash back on the trip? Which I couldn’t find a spot to input it, meaning I didn’t qualify for the offer. Overall good service, would like clearer information for discounts.

Overcharged
I tried to book online, and in the process, expected to pay about £150-160 for a small car, 2 ways, 2 adults, and was thus surprised that I was charged £195. The only extras were, priority boarding £14 both ways, standard fare, otherwise no extras, so I feel cheated and am happy to tell you guys. Caveat emporium with these guys!!
