Ferry Trip without accomodation and no feedback
I booked a ferry trip from Ireland to France with my car and dog. After booking the ride I asked them whether the fee included a cabin for me and a space for my dog, which it didn't. They would have sent me to the ferry with no space for my dog! Anyways, I asked to book a cabin and a kennel space and needed to pay extra to get that, which I did. When boarding the ship, the ferry company told me that neither a cabin nor a kennel space was reserved for me. Fortunately, they still had some available but I needed to pay them extra again. They told me that they often have troubles with booking via Direct Ferries. Afterwards, I wrote twice to Direct Ferries to get a refund for the additional cabin and kennel price but they didn't even bother to reply. The return trip I booked with the ferry company directly and everything went very smoothly.
Never again with Direct Ferries!!
